The exparte Orders (old and renewed one that give Giedom order to be the acting chairman) wasn't challenged...at all..the Duration of exparte orders if left unchallenged by the rivals automatically becomes Most relevant.. This is where you missed it.
Ex parte orders durations are at the discretion of various courts it was obtained..
By challenging its duration , you have raised the awareness of the court to stop the potency of the exparte order...if you failed to challenge it then it stands perpetual till higher courts makes a decision..
