olodo the abuja and Rivers courts ruled on two different cases.

Abuja highcourt ruling is even a forge paper cos the applicant of the case ( salihu) never went to court. The forge paper said the Giadom acting chairman has been extended.
An exparte order is 7 days.

The first exparte order of was on march 16 to allow Giadom act as chairman for 7 days for the purpose of calling NEC meeting to remove oshomole-.
NEC meeting which is the purpose of the order has been postponed indefinitely meaning the order can't be enforce again

The allegedly extension of the ex parte order for two weeks should be from 16 to march 30 meaning the order is useless cos we re now in june20.
If the exparte order was truly authentic what is stopping the abuja high court to serve the parties involved in the case court process from the sitting almost 2days ? If Giadom dont serve the court process who will enforce his court claim?

It beats imgination that someone that went to school will believe there is a waver when you are leaving to contest for an election. Even in the civil service it has never happened. To educate you more, constitutional waivers are for people that want to contest in a party where they were not members for long. How many leaders can you point out even in PDP that has enjoyed such a waiver when contesting for election as a member of NWC? Which school did you go? I am ashamed of any institution that gave you clean bill of health as a graduate. You went to school to waste time and resources. It is shameful indeed.

the waiver is fake because there is no provisions for waivers in APC constitution for NWC.thats not even the issue now the contention is Giadom cease to be member of NWC according to Rivers state ruling on Friday.
It means Giadom will not be allowed into the secretariat on Monday until A superior court set aside the other.
