Actually, Jonathan is in a serious fix right now. Whatever he says will be used against him by the public at least.

If he says he didn't approve the disbursement and Metuh's/Anenih's "special assignments", they (Metuh and co) will call him a liar and move to indict him.

If he says he actually did it, he automatically indicts himself and will lose the sympathy some section of international community have for him. In fact, he'll be asked to refund whatever goes to him and may even be used as "prosecution witness" (if he isn't prosecuted).

Ogun state is the best place for hostel at the moment,they have 11 higher instutions and land is very cheap there

am going to keep it short,

the pound to naira exchange rate is going thru the roof, and i think its the best time to invest in nigeria

BUT i dont want to buy a plot and build as i have been ripped off before in the building process.

i cud also buy a cheap property in the uk, but my fear is how things go can terribly wrong in the west, the recent crash comes to mind.

can i get a gud 4flats in a gud area of lagos for about #20m dat can revenue about 1.2m a year?
which area shud i be looking at?

You will get screwed at last go to agent in Lekki or Ajah if you need help! most of the people on here don't know anything about building,i can help you to build 8 flats of 2bedroom each with less than 20million in ibadan which will generate you 1.2million naira,the one i built in ibafo is generating 2.4million naira,another advice is,if you actually have 20million naira cash please go and build hostel,i can help you to build 30 standard self contain to generate you 3million naira

It's a 2 and 3 bedroom bungalow. At the moment, I need your professional advice on how to plan for the 3 stages of each respectively.I read in your earlier contributions that the piping and plumbing phase 1 should be about 170k.
Kindly advice on the costing for half conduit and the plumbing.
