The lots you posted above are located in California a state where shipping in a container is the only shipping option available.
Depending on the shipping line it would sail on,the clearing cost would be between N1.7m - N3m.
Shipping cost is in the $1500 range aside cost of towing to the point of loading the container.

ADVICE - I do advice to search for your desired buy option in other state where shipping roro on Grimaldi line would be a possibility thus chopping off the higher cost of clearing associated with other shipping line .
