How many clubs can pay the huge buyout clause attached to Messi's contract?

Barcelona will definitely want to cash out till the last drop, and as things stand now, Barcelona has the upper hand in the negotiation.

Messi will only be counting on his Employer being benevolent enough to grant him his exit wishes.

But I don't that happening any time soon.

In the end, Messi will just apologize to the Barca fans for contemplating to leave them, and then life will continue as normal.

A lot of lawyers would agree that the June 30th date is sacrosanct.
A lot of lawyers would also agree that the deadline extends to the season end due to the pandemic.

Only someone like you who's always full of mischief would want to jump onto the opportunity to bash Messi.

Of course taking this to court would result in a protracted arbitration which Messi qoykd want to avoid with Barca.

2. Swapping of Arthur with Pjanic.
3. Sacking of Setien.
4. Sacking of his best friend Suarez.
5. The new coach coming in and singling him out by telling him "you don't have any privileges any more"

If Messi decides that he wants to leave because of any of the above, what problem do you have with that?

Why are people not factual in the way they write here. Messi can't leave Barcelona on his own accord. He was contracted to Barca. Barca insists that huge transfer fee must be paid by any club that wants him before he can leave. Man City are not ready to pay a dime of the transfer fee. La liga supports Barca that it's either the transfer fee is paid or Messi sees out his contract; La liga doesn't deregister him as a Liga player . So why are you blaming him? He wants to leave but not up to him.

Some would still go ahead to say Messi doesn't want to leave Barcelona because he can't flourish in any other league even though you now just realized he can't do so even if he wanted until the club sanctions such a move.

Why can't Ronaldo bully small teams in La Liga.
La Liga was a stroll for Barca when Ronaldo was in Madrid. He couldn't win up to 4 La Liga trophies in 8years.
First 5 yrs in Madrid he couldn't reach ucl final not until the signings of Bale, Modric and others.
Even without Ronaldo, Madrid won La Liga.
Without Messi, Barca won't smell La Liga so fast.

Most of you just don't like the fact that Messi is making headlines with a very huge amount being mentioned in the deal. This is an amount Ronaldo can only dream of and can't be paid till he hung up.

Ronaldo is good no doubt. But saying a 6 time balon d or winner is overrated is shit
