good afternoon house , i need help from someone who might have experienced this or A GYNEA in the house. i was treating with diflucan for thrush about two weeks ago and just discovered after doing a pelvic scan that im currently in my early pregnancy stage , just thickening in my pelvis area . im a sufferer of cervical incompetence and just in Dec 1s t2016 i lost my 5 months pregnancy to a miscarriage after circlage (water broke)was done then i had a yeast infection clamydia and they said such infection doesnt cause miscarriage while at gbaja general hospital surulere, of which before this previous loss i had lost two others with out circlage at 4 months so making three losses .Now i usually take diflucan to get pregnant but by miracle it just happened. my fear now is what drugs are safe to use before i now do a circlage at 12 weeks and afterwards .thank you[/quote]

I don't know how to start this but i will make it short as i can and i hope i can get the solution to my problem.I am 33 years and i got married 2014.I got pregnant sometimes around may 2014 but after 3 months i had miscarriage.I changed the hospital after i got pregnant again 2015 November but lost it on my wedding anniversary in feb 2016.The two hospital i used where private and what both said was cervical incompetent.I went to General Hospital and started all over again from fertility with my husband till 3months when the doctors did cerclage,that is the surgery on my cervix to hold the baby .I was in the hospital till last 2 weeks which made it 5 months and sadly i had a contraction and my water broke.i was complaining of pains which was infection as a result of shared toilets in the general hospital to my own believe ,but the doctor don't want to accept it as i am not the only one in the word,funny i have never used a general hospital before in my life,but i was hopeful i will be okay since there is a believe they have best doctors,till i did the scan when the water stopped,the scan showed the baby died already as the water drained.it was so sad to pass through this 3 times,looking at the pains of evacuation and emotional pains.I spoke with my husband who chat his uncle up in USA.The uncle said i should try and get a medical visa and he is ready to write embassy that he has a house i can stay if i come over. i dont know if anyone has this experience of stillbirth and what advice if i have to go to USA,best and cheapest hospital that can be recommended and how can i start all these process.I have being through so much pains,i wish i have a baby right now but i can only hope and trust in God.Where do i start from?

These generators just arrived in Lagos and at iyana ipaja for inspection. The are all from USA.They were owned by the state of Connecticut as a back up generators but of course light really don't go off in united States. That is why I negotiated and bought it from them.

The first is a 125kva Generator . My findings regarding this generator in Nigeria is that they go for b/w 3 million to 3.8million naira

(1) the 125kva with the exhaust pipe on top is: KOHLER 125kva Generator with a V8 turbo gas engine, single or 3 phase, various voltages, runs on natural gas, meter reads 935 hours.

The last 2 pictures are 40 kva generator which sell b/w 1.2million to 1.3million

(2)The yellow "40kva" generator is: HOLGAR portable generator with a 3 cylinder Detroit diesel engine, 3 phase, 120 to 416 voltage, meter reads 2260 hours. S/N 71044.

(3) The green generator without cover "40kva" is: ONAN generator with 120 to 240 voltage, 3 phase, 6 cylinder Ford gas engine, meter reads 728 hours. This generator can run on LPG, natural gas, gasoline. Comes with transfer switch and wiring diagrams.
