1. I dont call someone a thief, if they have not stolen from me or they have not been convicted of stealing in a court of law. I just dont call people a thief simply because others said so. 2.) I am matured enough to know that when two people go into a business transaction (like build me a house and l would pay you x-amount), if there are disagreements, of whatever kind, the best place to resolve it is either between themselves or in court.............. not in a mob-style, lynch-him, on Social Media.
You can see the example of the man who took him to a Law Court, and l applaud that move so much. Let the Courts decide. Most Nigerians are too emotional, instead of being practical.

3.) That l do not join you or others to condemn someone does not mean l am "defending him", .........it simply means "l am being my own man, using my own brain and making my own decisions as to how to treat the person". You will at least agree with me that l reserve that right?

4.) I do not subscribe to the "undue pressure" people mount on others here, just to 'go with the flow' and do as others are doing! I think everyone should be able to make up their minds as to how they want to relate with anyone here. I have seen a 'grown-up man" capitulate under pressure, just to satisfy those who think they make the rules around here! That is very annoying to me and no amount of pressure will change my position. Lagos-A 37-year-old estate agent, Bosun Shoyoye, who allegedly stole N5 million was yesterday arraigned before a Lagos Magistrate's court at Igbosere.

The defendant, who resides at Imedu Awoyaya, in Eti-Osa Local Government in Lagos is facing a two-count charge of conspiracy and theft.

The prosecutor, SP Eshiet Eshiet, told the court that the defendant committed the alleged offence in September at Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos State.

He further told the court that the defendant stole the N5 million from one Adebayo Adegbola under the guise that he was a reputable project manager, and that he had handled several estates projects for several people, which he knew to be false.

According to Eshiet, the offence committed was contrary and punishable under Section 312, 267 and 285 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.

However, the defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge and the magistrate, Miss Olanike Olagbinde, granted him N500,000 bail with two sureties in like sum.

The case was adjourned to December 15 for mention.

Though, some are bought by other countries that find use for it, Naija inclusive.

Even, some are better than clean title or salvage vehicles.

Those cars they ship to Africa are useless because it's has a salvaged rebuilt title and cars with salvaged title are damaged cars which was severely damaged and the insurance company pays off the owner, once the insurance company pays the owner, they dump those cars at the boneyard, the auction sites will go there and start selling those cars and shipping them out of the USA to Africa

No one in the USA will buy those cars, or even pay more than $300 to buy it

A salvaged title 2010 Range Rover will not be above $1000
