I can't count how many times that verse has made me stop in my tracks and realize that all my hard work and all the self-help books in the world will never bring about the kind of lasting change I long to see in my life. And it takes God speaking those simple words for me to realize, again, that instead of laying out ten quick steps to becoming a godlier woman, instead of burdening me with more that I need to do, God is instead inviting me to rest. He's instead calling me into relationship with him, inviting me to get to know his heart and his character. He's instead speaking to me of his love, of his delight in me, of his desire to sit with me for awhile and talk.


This is so deep, and it takes a deep person 2 understand and appreciate this post. @ Poster, I think you have God's call on your life and He is preparing you forthe task ahead. Just my thought

God desire Godly seed,the time of waiting is the time of coming into God's purpose,sometimes it is difficult to wait but when we realize that it is a process of coming into the fullness of God,we will appreciate it.That you are waiting doesn't mean you are under a curse or there is something wrong with your life, it is a time of realizing one self,loving yourself,becoming a better person,a praise and worship unto the Lord.

One thing we should know of certain is that our failures and faults are not greater than the love of God for us, so our waiting should not be attributed to our past mistakes and life styles. Our unfaithfulness does not make God to be unfaithful. Lets come into a place of newness,turning back to our Father who makes all things beautiful,using this time to build a perfect relationship with HIM.

Ladies,lets make our lives count by transforming hearts and minds with holy passion and love for God presence. Desiring His presence and love above life itself. All our waiting will end in praise

God is faithful to fulfill His promises. Hebrews 10:23 states, "Without wavering, let us hold tightly to the hope we say we have, for God can be trusted to keep His promise." God is ready and able to deliver all He has promised.

God is faithful to help you in your need. He will never fail you! He is reliable. He is trustworthy. He cannot be otherwise. Your holy and loving Father is faithful!

"If you are suffering according to God's will, keep on doing what is right, and trust yourself to the God who made you, for He will never fail you" (1 Peter 4:19).

i am new here,i ve this very big smile on my face reading all the testimonies and the faithfulness of our Father,wow,He is a faithful God.for everyone still waiting for His visitation,He wont tarry,He has come,glory to God. i am not married yet,that is my own waiting,lost a very beautiful relationship months back,not any fault of ours but human rose against it,trusting God to come thru for me. i am here for my friend,she has been TTC for about 8 years now,all of your testimonies gives me great joy, the more reason i ll hold on with all i ve on this God. mine has not been that smooth,because on my part i have not been faithful,but for his mercies,he have not let go of me,am forever grateful to him,sometimes i fine he is soooo far and at times i feel him all around me,one thing i ask of him this year 2011,is that each day,each second,each min. and each hour i will be found in him,most years,i start very well with him but get lost along the way,Lord pls this year got to be different,i need you all the way
