Ilekeh: Goodnight children of thief thief. The NCA also said in a statement on its website that investigations on alleged bribery and money laundering had started in 2013 "under the Proceeds of Corruption Unit, and transferred to the NCA earlier in 2015". The agency also told Nigerian newspaper The Guardian that it has not "scheduled any charges". If she has not been charged but they investigated since 2013 what does that tell you? Go and sleep so you can push yourself to think, I know you can do it! |

I have not even mentioned Fayemi who used N50million for an ordinary bed smh Can you imagine a man who sold the Governors Lodge and almost all the state property on top of all you named above and they are praying he becomes a minister to finish looting the country like he did Lagos. What is this world coming too? |

Cutehector: u people are d ones dat wish for d past to repeat itself.. Why can't u biafran sympathizers realise dat Nigeria cannot divide? No History does not have to repeat. So are you happy that your region is suffering why can't you benefit from the oil in your fathers/ grandmothers land so you can come back to Nigeria and live in comfort. One Nigeria is not working for everybody the way that Britian structured it. The Delta people have suffered because they can no longer fish or grow food on the land. But because of One Nigeria the money can not be concentrated in the area where they extracted the wealth. As for my state Anambra we barely get any money from your oil so we will not miss it. I noticed so many on this thread bash my people for this and that, you should advocate for Igbos to have their own country if we are such a nuisance to other tribes. Why must we go to war, why not advocate for what you all want, which is Igbos to leave you alone. But of course you live in the Western world so the people in your village are worthless in your eyes right? |

HungerBAD: I am old enough to know my History.
My Dad was a Soldier who fought on that War on the Nigeria Side, and got severely wounded in Ikom, and carried those Bullet Wounds until his death. I actually know more about the Nigeria Civil War, far more than you will ever know.
And believe it or not, there is a reason some of us are always advocating for the Unity of this Country. War Brings untold hardship and deaths, and for those of you Paper Tigers(Biafra)E-Warriors, always instigating others to war. Think about the Vulnerable, the Young, the Women and the amount of casualty both sides will suffer.
Which brings me to my earlier question. What is your post about?
Which brings me back to my earlier I suggest you read my comments and views on such topics I am not against having a seperate country if we use our brains not blood. The reason I posted this is to remind people advocating behind Kanu to stop and remember how the innocents will die. I believe that if we gain international attention to what really happen we can split in peace. I also believe that Easterners first must go to battle with our local poli thieves. How can we build a country if we can not build a state. |

[s] rhymaster: Ibos asked for it so stop whining like a kid that's lost his candy. War is not a game, there is no extra life - ask Ojuku the runaway Biafra warmonger. You should be more concerned about the new destruction Kanu is setting ibos up for in 2015 but at least 1967 is past. If ibos walk into another mass slaughter with two eyes open, the remnant ibos will just be opening silly threads looking for pity and they will get none. A stitch of common sense in time can save 99% destruction of ibos a second time in a senseless war they are guaranteed to lose! [/s] We did not ask for your ranting just for the prayers of those that were slaughtered on this remembrance day. Go and brew in your hate filled venom in APC PDP threads. |

On October 5, the Federal troops of Nigeria entered Asaba and began ransacking houses and killing civilians, claiming they were Biafran sympathisers.
Leaders summoned the towns people to assemble on the morning of October 7, hoping to end the violence through a show of support for "One Nigeria". Hundreds of men, women and children, many wearing the ceremonial Akwa ochoa (white) attire paraded along the main street, singing, dancing, and chanting "One Nigeria".
At a junction, men and teenage boys were seperate from women and young children, and gathered in an open square Ogbe-Osawa village. Federal troops brandished machine guns, and orders were given by Major Ibrahim Taiwo to open fire, and slaughter over 700 men and boys killed, some as young as 12 years old ,in addition hundreds were killed throughout that week.
This happened in 1967 let us remember our history and say a prayer regardless of your tribe or religion to those innocent souls that were murdered in cold blood.
