Romance / Re: Share Your BREAK-UP Experience Here For Others To Learn by BiafranYouths(m): 12:42am On Jul 11, 2017
I met this sweet damsel way back 2014, our relationship was sort of perfect towards the end of 2014 I found out she was a virgin @23 I was perplexed. I was reassured I've found my better half, she was everything a man would want in a life partner. She loved me dearly,.... I helped her build her Events, Decor, Catering and Ushering firm financially and other wise as per my future wife.
Late December 2015 I had a massive contract to execute outside the State, I was to marry her immediately after the project, I didn't tell her though bought engagement ring.
I spent close to 9 Months without setting eyes on her though we've been communicating via calls and social media
Our reunion was awesome, we kissed smooch I didn't push further because I know the cooky will be mine in less than a month.
But unlike her that always reminded me of our promise to help her keep the cooky till the right time, she kept pushing, doing things we've not done before
For my mind I was like oh! So this girl missed me like this, I decided to play along to see where it leads to after reminding her of our promise.
We had Sex for the first time since I met and sadly my virgin fiance was de flowered by another!
After the deed I asked her what just happened? She started with the tears narrating how I left her I was not there for her physically that I should forgive her, I forgave and started making plans for the engagement party.
This fascinating day I was using her tablet to help her market her new design so in the process of uploading the product pictures I saw her photos @ golf course with this dude feeling all loved up, the inquisitive me looked further.
I later had a heart to heart discussion with her, asking why she got de flowered by another while I patiently kept my emotions and Dick on check...

Layer found out that the guy that ripped her puuussy apart was a Malaysian based Guy that pressed her mumu button and slept with her, upon seeing she was a virgin proposed there and then, and she said yes!
Heart broke nearly killed me for the first time in my life I cried in a ladies present and begged her, telling her even if she was to be pregnant for the guy I'll claim the baby just to be with her but she said no. I took I'll for a couple of weeks
The girl was too good.
Beauty, respect, intelligence, struggling type in fact she'll be a blessing to a Man that marries her.
Am still heart broken
I used the wedding money to put up a decent structure and move
Ima Ima mmi thanks for showing me that true love exist, I'll continue loving you and I pray the good Lord provide me with a girl just like you

.
My name is Akpan Ibiono I just came back from Itam Night Market,.... my mission was to buy some groceries.
I successfully purchased 2 cups of garri as a broke single unemployed Graduate.
Am very annoyed right now, how did we get here? If a common commodity as garri the pride of every household either rich or poor has skyrocketed to this level then what will the poor masses eat? Is it rice of 23k?
A family of four kids staying next flat to mine are always crying, with their recently retrenched mom who was a banker... the husband is out there in the streets trying to lift a block in order to take something back home in the evening.... once a successful business man and a comfortable family.
If me a single man living alone can not afford to buy four cups of garri, how much less a family of four with no steady source of income.
Our President Yemi Osibande I believe that you will either make history or break it. The hunger in the land is too much , Prof. Please declare state of emergency in Agriculture and other consumables
Prof. Yemi Osibande, now that you are there even if it's just for a month create impact that the future generations will read about and be proud of you.
Your Excellency ignore the cabals frustrate them that don't have the interest of this failed republic at heart
We the Biafran Youths want to give this failed country a one more try, Prof. Osibande remember that former President GEJ was a learned and humble man just like you. His error is what you're repeating, he was too mild and soft..
Prof. Osibande fight the cabal, destroy them, imprisoned them...wrestle this country from their hands let's try and salvage this sinking ship!
Prof. Yemi Osibande whether Mr. President is alive or not overhaul his cabinet, sack all his politically appointed Ministers and appoint fresh and young Technocrats that can handle the job.
Sir within this short period of time, we admonish you to create an impact in that Nigeria will Unitedly want you back come 2019

Philip Effiong

Philip Efiong (also spelled Effiong, 18 November 1925 – 6 November 2003) was the first Vice President and the second President of the now defunct Republic of Biafra during the Nigerian Civil War of 1967 to 1970.

Personal details

Died 6 November 2003 (aged 77)
Aba, Abia State
Nationality British, Nigerian
Spouse(s) Josephine Effiong
Children Roseline , Mercy Ugot, Valentine Effiong, Charles Effiong, Philip Effiong II, Francis Effiong, Philippa Umeh, Elizabeth Edem, Paul Effiong
Born in Ibiono Ibom in present-day Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, on 18 November 1925, Philip Effiong joined the Nigerian Armed Forces on 28 July 1945. He quickly rose through the ranks until on 11 January 1956 he received the Queen's Commission following his officer cadet training at Eaton Hall in Chester. England later commissioned him for duty in the Rhine, West Germany. He was then transferred to the Nigeria Army Ordnance Corps; then to England for further training after a peace-keeping stint in the Republic of Congo in 1961. He was Nigeria's first Director of Ordnance. His son is his namesake.
Efiong became Chief of General Staff of Biafra under Head of State, Odumegwu Ojukwu during the Nigeria-Biafra war.

The tactics of the Nigerian military during the war included economic blockade and deliberate destruction of agricultural land. Even before the war, the area was net importer of food, depending on income from its oil fields to feed its populace.

With the blockade cutting off oil revenue and agricultural destruction reducing food production, the result was mass dislocation and starvation of the populace. Two to three million people are thought to have died in the conflict, mostly through starvation and illness.

When Biafra's military resistance collapsed, Ojukwu fled to Côte d'Ivoire.
Effiong became acting Biafra Head Of State
Edit

Efiong assumed leadership in this situation of turmoil, starvation, and collapse. He became acting Head of State of Biafra on 8 January 1970 and on 12 January announced surrender
Effiong's Speech to Gowon Edit

On January 15, 1970 at Dodan Barracks in Lagos, in the presence of General Gowon, Effiong announced the end of the Biafran conflict.

"I, Major-General Phillip Efiong, Officer Administering the Government of the Republic of Biafra, now wish to make the following declaration: That we affirm that we are loyal Nigerian citizens and accept the authority of the Federal Military Government of Nigeria. That we accept the existing administrative and political structure of the Federation of Nigeria. That any future constitutional arrangement will be worked out by representatives of the people of Nigeria. That the Republic of Biafra hereby ceases to exist."
[1]

At the time of the surrender, Effiong believed that the situation was hopeless and that prolonging the conflict would have led only to the further destruction and starvation of the people of Biafra. At that time Effiong said, "I am convinced now that a stop must be put to the bloodshed which is going on as a result of the war. I am also convinced that the suffering of our people must be brought to an immediate end."[2]

Nnaemeka L. Aneke wrote, "General Efiong’s handling of Biafra’s surrender is one of the most tactical and devoted maneuvers ever seen on the Nigerian scene. Those who do not appreciate the depth of it may not have appreciated what was at stake as Biafra capitulated."[3] Many observers had expected wholesale retribution at war's end.
Later life Edit

In a 1996 interview, Effiong reflected on those events:

I have no regrets whatsoever of my involvement in Biafra or the role I played. The war deprived me of my property, dignity, my name. Yet, I saved so many souls on both sides and by this, I mean Biafra and Nigeria. . . .
I felt that I played a role which has kept this country united till today. . . .
At the end of it all when I saw they (Biafran soldiers) could no longer continue and Ojukwu had fled, I did what was ideal after wide consultation . . . [2]
Efiong died 6 November 2003, at the age of 78 less than two weeks before his 79th birthday.

Bro, Ibiono is different from Ibeno. You guys should stop this propaganda.

I'll be the first person to protest against a Biafra with the non Igbo speaking communities, we don't need them.

Biafra should be a homogeneous Igbo nation.

You are an Ibeno Man, how many of your people are Mobil staff apart from cooks and drivers? Bro Yorubas got it locked down! Biafra is the answer

My name is Akpan Ibiono, I am from Ibiono Ibom L.G.A of Akwa Ibom State the highest producer of crude oil in the Impoverished Niger Delta Area of Nigeria.
I want to explain to the misguided children of Akwa Ibom State kicking against the actualization of our own republic Biafra.
Tell me 5 things you've benefited from the federal fraudulent republic of Nigeria and I'll name 5 million things we stand to benefit from federal republic of Biafra
Youths of Akwa Ibom State let's think for ourselves, our parents were brainwashed into betraying our own very cousin in the Biafran war, look at where they are now. Old, poor, dejected and denied freedom. Should we let the mistake of our parents be repeated once more in time?
Biafra is the answer to what we've been clamoring for. We'll never have a chance in Nigeria with this born to rule savages up north.
We have Mobil drilling oil in Eket but their headquarters is in Lagos, why? We have the economy of Nigeria running from our God-given resources, but we are marginalized. Why? Fashola has only his working only in the west, when we have dilapidated federal death traps littered in our States, but money is taken from Niger Delta to develop the west and north, why? We have ports at Calabar, Port Harcourt, Warri and others but there are not functional, why? We have airports of International standards but we have to travel to Lagos to connect U.S.A why?
This Marginalization must stop! Youths the elders have done their best we need to take the baton from them with due respect. It is time for us to come together to mould and chart our future for the benefit of generations yet to come. This contraption called Nigeria will impoverish us like our parents!!
Enough is Enough Youths of Akwa Ibom let us actively join hands with our cousins to Agitate for our country, if need be let's re deploy our militants and keep them combat ready we're going fatal!
Don't listen to their propaganda. Don't listen to hate and divisive message.
Igbos love us, we are their cousins, same beliefs, similar culture, same worship, same standards.
We are one, they are our brothers keepers, they stood by us when president Jonathan was rigged and muscled out from office.
Youths of Akwa Ibom State we have no chance in Nigeria!!! We have more than enough chances in Biafra!!! We had a vice president of Biafra from Akwa Ibom State in person of Gen. Philip Effiong Vice president of Biafra.
United States of America, United Nations, Ecowas and the world at large should listen; Akwa Ibom Youths hereby pledge our allegiance to Biafra.
All hail Biafra!
