Bia,

It is evident from your venomous passion that there still exist, to a gretaer degree, a segment of Igbos who are still clamouring for domination in the South. They exist here in NL and they exist in the NASS. You do not serve as good mouth piece for the Igbos and definitely you raise suspicion and caution and make it difficult for the Yorubas to let their guard down or be interested in any joint move for separation.
Ewu awusa, now read this quote below by OYB_MEND and shut up your stinking mouth forever.
Not exactly sure that asking for 100% of resource control by each geo-political zone amounts to attempt by one ethnic group to dominate the other
I don't know how Nigerians make up their logic at times.

Anyone could just use nairaland as an example of the national assembly to understand fully well that the Yorubas are the only southern group that are aiding and abating those northerners in their crime of holding nigeria down. Just follow the line of arguments just only on this thread and you will notice that all the Yoruba forumers are singing the same tune as the awusas in regards to the thread article. They the Yorubas will be the first to come out and tell you that southerners are not united in their approach. Hypocrites of the highest order.
That the southerners are not in unity to wrestle whatever mantle being it presidency or 100% resource control from the northerners is because of the Yorubas criminal romance with the northerners. They are hypocrites of the highest order. You can imagine the garbage that kobojokine is spewing here to understand what i am saying. The idiot and his ilk are always in support of the awusas in any debate here on nairaland, yet they will tell you that southerners are not in unity and that northerners are more united. That will show you the mind set of the Yorubas.

Asking Yorubas to leave north is only a mere advise and it is called being wise. It is left for whoever want to risk his/her life to continue living over there. You are so immature and you don't worth a serious minded person's time.
That is the reason you and your type will remains fools forever. What type of myopic advise is that? Whatever happens to finding a solution to stopping the killing rampage of the awusas to enable a peaceful and co-existent environment between the awusas and other nigerians. So, Yorubas have already concluded in their lazy mind that it can not be stopped, so it's better their people move back home. Mediocre people.
In your warped moronic brain, asking people to leave that part of the country and head back to their various homes is the better option towards solution? Ok, what if Yorubas and Igbos turn around and tell all the awusas to pack and leave their own territory? What then will become nigeria lin regards to the economic point of view? Is that not the equivalent or indirectly asking for the proper division of your so called nigeria which only Igbos have boldly called for? Sometimes, i wonder if it's the amala you people consume everyday that blocks your brains. You can't even think.

This country has never for once behaved as a nation and the behaviours of our so called representatives is, to say the least, appalling. Even if the derivative formula is pegged at 50% and other mineral deposits in the country are exploited, no state, I repeat, no state would look up to others for money. All states would be sufficiently funded. This country is so blessed and it remains a paradox that our leaders are focusing only on petroleum. Right from the time of Abacha, there has been a Ministry of Solid Mineral Deposits but till today nobody knows what they do in that Ministry. Gold is being exploited in South Africa, in Ghana and in other places on commercial basis yet we could not partner with the companies that are engaged in this business to come here and exploit ours too. Same for so many other mineral deposits like tin, iron ore, uranium, bauxite, limestone, talc, gypsum, lead, zinc, bentonite & baryte, bitumen, coal, kaolin, columbite, niobium, graphite, marble, thorium and gem stones like sapphire, ruby, aquamarine, emerald, tourmaline, topaz, garnet, amethyst; zircon, diamond, almandine, garnet, amethyst, and flourspar. In fact the minerals are too numerous. One thing that God has also done is to ensure that most of these minerals are the purest quality so much so that Nigeria's petroleum is so pure that its called sweet crude. If I may ask, what then is our problem that we keep on hammering on petroleum like fools?
You did not add Fanta and Cocacola. Even Pepsi sef, u no add.

I also think you need to sit back and ask yourself why your idea is yet to work?

I also wonder why you have failed to mobilise your 99% to take up arms against the Nigerian state.

Politics is a game of concensus building not tigbuo zugbuo, we are not in Ariaria Market.
Do not worry yourself about the way we are going about it. You can't tell us to carry or not to carry arms. It is none of your business the way we go about acheiving our aim, but have it in your mind that we shall achieve success which ever way we go about it. It is only a fool that will believe that politics is a game of numbers in nigeria. I repeat, only a fool.
Fact is Igbos are the majority in nigeria, if you doubt it, then ask those you lick their arrss to include ethnicity and religion on their census booklets (we asked for it and they refused due to fear of the eventuall truth) and after counting, come back to tell us who are the majority. So going by your analog, Igbos are supposed to be producing the president of nigeria in each an every election, but reverse is the case because of the fraud they imposed on your brain.
They came out with fradulent census and told you that they are more in number and your type foolishly believe them without questioning them how. Then they use force to install themselves as your president and then justify it by making you to believe that they were elected because they are more in number and here you are believing them by saying that politics is a game of numbers in nigeria. Sorry, not in nigeria. Wake up my fren, you don't tell that crap to wise Igbos. It's too cheap.

Why can't you post without being abusive?
Any change in Nigeria's political landscape today can be achieved only with he support of those you come here to abuse. Why you don't get this simple reality really amazes me.

You need to reduce your anger and understand what Biafra means today.
I have told you this so many times and you just can't get it. Ojukwu opted for secession when he thought the security of Igbos was no longer guaranteed in Nigeria. He did not succeed then simply because the alliances needed then expecially internationally and at the UN where not there.

Britain and UK in their first act of unity during the cold war era supplied the federal forces with amunitions not available in the East.

In this day and age not sure anybody in the East is talking about Secession. People are rather talking about devolution.
Even though Ojukwu was elected President when he ran for President he would not have attempted secession so why you thinks its of any use coming to the internet abusing everyone and misrepresenting the wish of the Igbos in Present day Nigeria worries me.

I think you need to chill a little bit
You are on your own. Fact is 99% of Igbos are talking of secession from nigeria. Wake up from the slumber. Fact is that nigeria is not working and will never work. You mentioned Ojukwu, but just give an Igbo man the chance to be nigeria's president and you will see that nigerians themselves after sometime will start talking about secession. Reason is because all those lopsided policies which were designed to contain Igbos of which i listed some of them above will be reversed and this will severely affect the fraudulent source of garri of awusas and Yorubas.

This will mean that those that are at the moment benefiting from this fraud nigeria will start having problem because by then, they can't compete in a neutral ground. Can you imagine what will be of the hausas and Yorubas when an Igbo led government cedes 100% recource control to all the states? or do you want to tell me that will not be the way to obtain neutrality in affairs in nigeria? Which other group supports 100% control of oil resource apart from the owners and the Igbos?

Do you know what will become of MM airport lagos if igbo are allowed to fly direct into mainland airport from abroad? Do you know what will be beocome of Tincan and Apapa sea ports if Igbos start to import their goods direct from overseas to Calabar and Porthacourt sea ports? It means those places will run dry and people like Atiku and Bode George will have no billions to steal as customs comptrollers.

If you think that Igbo led government will run nigeria and keep all those wicked policies intact as it is today, then you are a joke. Go and ask the awusas and Yorubas why they don't want Igbo man to become their president. It is not necessarily about the person declaring Biafra. They are afraid because such person will come in and set the records straight regarding governance and management in nigeria which will seriously affect their fraudulent source of garri.

@ Bialegend

You write as though its only Igbos that get killed by the Hausas. Those bastards kill non-muslims and non Hausas including Yourbas.
Why is it that it is only you Igbos that clamour for Biafra? Yorubas have warned there people in the north to leave or they are on their own if
they refuse to come back home. Why don't you guys do the same? Besides, Yorubas invest alot in their own region while Igbos don't do the same.
You guys rather go to invest somewhere else. I can bet you, if you get biafra today and the friendly yorubas as usual decide to be lenient with you, Hausa will not be, and you will lose your investment in the North.

I don't even understand why you guys blame all your problems on others. If you guys think Biafra is your solution, you can get lost because I personally don't give a damn about it. Afterall, you guys will still kill one another trying to select a president and before long IMOs will complain of marginalization and that may start another clamor for secession. Retards
You are a fool, you little brain nitwit. If they also kill Yorubas, then come out and complain about it. You are an idiot and a lazy one at that if you think that the solution is to tell your Yoruba people to leave northern nigeria and come back to Yoruba areas. Why then is nigeria ONE country if here citizens can not live and trade in any corner of it of their wish? Aren't you mad to suggest that your Yoruba people should leave any part of nigeria which they call their country and head home to only Yoruba areas? Do you see why we call you people lazy and imbecilic morons.
Didn't you say that nigeria is ONE country? Why shouldn't her citizens live and trade in any part of it peacefully?
I can understand if Niger, Chad, Cameroun, Togo, Ghana rise up one day and tell Igbo people to pack up and go back to their country, but fuckingly not in nigeria where i call my country can any idiot have the right to tell me to leave any part of it where i decide to live and trade and go back to my Igbo area. Then you are fucckingly asking for my trouble.

Idiot, on the reason why we invest anywhere we like in nigeria, first of all, we are what you should call the truest and detribalized nigerians. We have the best interest of nigeria at heart more than you hypocrites, that is why we embrace and call anywhere in nigeria home, settle there and invest our hard earned money there. That is what is called living in ONE county that you called yours. Help to develop such area even though it is not your root area. But same can not be said of your Yoruba and awusa people who are all hypocrites in shouting ONE nigeria, but cant show why they are ONE nigeria.

The second reason is because of human nature of which Igbos are not an exception. Human beings while thinking of the survival of his business have always prefer to migrate where there are better amenities for their businesses. Go and ask your useless awusa and Yoruba fathers why they refuse to build good road networks in Igboland,  International airports anywhere near Igbo land where igbos can fly direct to from abroad instead of having to stop at Lagos first. Ask them why there is no sea port anywhere near Igbo land where Igbos can bring in their imported goods direct from abroad without having to stop at Apapa and Tin can Isalnd sea ports.

Do you know that over 90% of all imported goods that come into your Lagos seaports from abroad are for Igbos? Do you know that after oil, nigeria's next biggest income generator is customs and excise of which 99% of their income comes through Apapa and Tin can sea ports? Do you know how much that will mean to Biafran economy if our country emerges? Do you know why awusas have been controlling and will never want to stop having control over customs department in nigeria? Do you know how much it cost to haul one container of goods by road from Lagos to Onitsha down to other Igbos areas?

Do you know that if it costs an Igbo man 5naira net for every imported goods that comes into Lagos, after hauling it through road (over 15 hours and sometimes 24 hours due to bad road and non fast moving trucks) to Igbo mainland areas, the cost of the goods will come to 7naira due to added costs of transportation from Lagos to Igbo areas. Meanwhile Calabar and Porthacourt sea ports are far much near to Igbo mainland areas and transportation will cost far much less, yet your wicked government can not let our imported goods to come through those sea ports due to misguided fear. And we are supposed to be in ONE nigeria? This is part of the reason why our business men and women migrate to Lagos where it will be easier and profitable for their businesses. Who doesn't want profit? May be only the lazy ones.

Do you know that over 80% of nigerians that fly out and into Lagos from abroad are Igbos? if you doubt it, just use your tongue to count how many Igbos in each flight you happens to be inside coming to lagos from abroad including from Saudi arabia. I say, let your dubious, fraudulent and wicked government develop Igbo road networks, let us fly into Owerri or Enugu airport direct from abroad without having to stop at Lagos, build a sea port at Onitsha or let our goods be imported into Onne Porthacourt or Calabar sea ports direct from abroad without having to go through Apapa and Tincan Lagos and see if our business community are not going to migrate towards home. But knowing fully well that your nigerian government are afraid of Igbos emigrating back to their home, that will never happen  and that is part of the reason why we are clamoring for our country Biafra. Our people were forced to migrate due to several wicked policies of your wicked government, it wasn't by choice.

It seems Bialegend feels they are going to eat their cake and have it.
If Biafra secedes from Nigeria, they would no longer have any interests or influence in Nigeria, and will be treated like any other African country (if not worse).
When Biafra emerges, we will indirectly have influence on you nigerians (what ever it will remain by then) as we will be better off more than you will ever be and you will need us more than we will ever need you. In that situation, it will be "give and take" and our give to you will surely be more than we will ever take from you and that is where we will hold you in "blocos" to treat our citizens in your country with respect. Rich countries does that to poor countries and Biafra will definitely be richer a million times than all you you nigerian countries put together.

Your ability to maintain businesses in Nigeria would be at the discretion of the Nigerian government, and, if all the allegations are true, I doubt they would be accommodating,
So will your abilities to maintain businesses in Biafra will be at the discretion of the Biafran government, and by them, we shall see who loses out at the end.

The influence of the developed countries comes from colonization and the differences in the level of development. That would not apply in the case of Biafra.
Lie, lie and lie. Japan, South Korea, Germany, Italy didn't colonize any country in Africa, but they weild extreme  influence on you Africans because you are poor to the core and can't stand them to test. Biafra will be rich and have same influence on you. If you doubt it, then support Biafran's quest for independence, but i guess you can't because you are afraid of rich Biafra weilding her influence on your poor arsss country.

Every country reserves the sovereign right to kick out any foreigners from it shores and even allowing you to have an embassy.
Some countries dare not try kicking out citizens of rich countries without proper and reasonable excuse because of the consenquences from the rich countries on their poor arsss. Poor countries beg to have diplomatic ties with rich countries because of the benefits and Biafra's case as a rich country will be the same.

The most you can do is to in turn ban Nigerians from Biafra, any thing else is simply an implicit declaration of war.
That is if you ban us first, then we shall retaliate. More over, there are more severe and effective means of dealing with a poor soveriegn country than declaring war on her.

I am looking at the Map of Nigeria and I really cannot figure where you need this extra state inserted. Come on!! Another state will solve the ibo problem? Do Ibos really need another state? What next? Should be the Ijaws demand they be given the same number of states as the Ibos? The Midwesterners as well?
Gosh!!!
Any one who believes in that map of nigeria that intentionally have Igbo states squeezed must have his or her brain re-examined. It is just a drawing and i can draw my own nigerian map that will show you that Igbo land mass is far much bigger than what you have on that fraudulent map. The map of nigeria as it stands today is fraud. It was drawn by the British who have the sole intention of using the illiterate awusas to keep lording it over nigeria indirectly, hence the earmarking of awusa areas as larger than Igbos areas which in reality is not fact.

Remember the fraudulent census count? My Igbo brothers and sisters, none of you should allow him or her self to be foolled by that fraudulent map. That fraudulent map and other negatives things are the price Igbos are paying for being termed as rebellious people who knows that the British know and can not allow them the british to obtain anything cheap in nigeria which is against their wish. They rather chose to work with those imbeciles whom they can easily manipulate to help them in keeping nigeria and the entire black race down as long as they can.

It is just an ordinary map that doesn't portray Igbo land mass as it is supposed to. Just as the map, they also fed us the fraudulent fact that Awusa/fulani are the majority in population followed by the Yorubas, but events based on facts through JAMB results and other available statistics shows that Igbos are more populous than any other ethnic group in nigeria. They fed us all this fraudulent map and census count in school and we swallowed it line, hook and sinker, but we are grown ups now and can think and reason for ourselves with facts on the ground. Fact is, i can draw my own map of nigeria to portray Igbo land mass as it is supposed to be. Nonsense.

"We are appealing to the Nigerian government to give this matter the urgency it deserves because Nigerians are passing through severe difficulties in trying to make a living in Ghana.
You are a fool if you think the case will be same if Biafra ever emerges.  The reason why nigerian government is not doing anything by pressurizing Ghana and it's government to get up their arrss and protect nigerian businesses in Ghana is because nigerian government and it's people already know that 95% of the so called nigerian businesses in Ghana are owned by Igbos, so to them, there is no need to waste their time as the same Igbos are never loved or cared for in their own so called country nigeria which was part of the reason why some of them moved their businesses to Ghana and other West African countries.

Biafra as a country can not sit down and fold it's hands while any other country in this world messes up with her citizen's bussinesses. Such doesn't happen when it involves countries that have the interest of their citizens at heart. Try that fucck with USA, UK, Japan, Germany, South Korea and other well meaning countries, (yes, those are countries i can compare Biafra to) and see if you are not going to be the loser at the end. Your nigeria is a failed state and as such can't do jack even when Gambia with less than 1million in population threatens her citizen's bussinesses in an unacceptable way. In the other thread, i told you about what is called international diplomacy and negotiation. In this type of situation, you see countries rise up to defend their citizens and their businesses in the oppressing countries. This is where Biafran government will rise to the occassion and nip to the bud the problem in Ghana against it's citizen's bussinesses.

Still as it is today, Ghana is by far more safe for Igbo businesses than in Kano, Kaduna, Sokoto, Plateau, Bauchi, Jigawa, Taraba, Maiduguri and all the northern states of nigeria where Igbos are killed in mass just at the mention of mohammed. At least we ain't losing Igbo lives in Ghana through Ghana religious riots targeted at Igbos, are we? Your nigeria not caring about what is going on in Ghana against Igbo businesses is expected and should not come as a surprise to any sane person.

Bialegend where do you live? I live in the US and I have lived in Europe for several years. I know that you cannot own a property unless you are a permanent residence (or citizen) of many countries. May be its different in in Nigeria but when Fasola brings in his buldozer to remove all properties as he deem fit, you will have to sue him at the world court. Abi? You guys better take time to think through bfore rushing into this again. I am for liberation of oppressed peoples but you have to sit and ponder over stuff.
Stop yarning rubbish liken a typical nigerian that you are. Anyone can buy a property in the UK, you do not need to be a British Citizen or permenant resident to do that. One of the most common methods of buying property overseas is online. In recent years, this has continued to grow in popularity and within the ex-pat community.

I read the crap of what you wrote about fasola and demolishing of houses and it's dawn on me that you know absolutely jack about what you are talking. Do you know what is called international diplomacy and negotiations between governments? In such cases, countries that have the interest of their citizens at heart, US and Uk readily comes to mind. In cases as such this is where you see countries using pressure through what they have as a larger than life country to get the weaker countries to tow their own line.

Do you think a UK or US citizen can legally buy property in nigeria and lose the property for what ever reason? Have you ever seen a US citizen in nigerian jail even when he commits a jailable offence in nigeria? Do you know why they are sent home immediately to their country to serve their jail term in their country where as their offence was commited in nigeria? Do you know why rules to them are applied differently even in your own backyard? You ignorant nigerians should wake up and smell the coffee. Biafran government will have avenues to hold your weak governments in Abuja and Lagos to the blocos and get you to do our bidding, so you lazy ones should stop dreaming of turning Igbo people's properties into abandoned property after the emergence of Biafra.
not really. once biafra is created, u are no longer nigerian citizen so u have no right to stay in naija anyways. u don't have any claim or access to those properties. lol

why do u wanna eat ur cake n have it?? lol u're giving ibos a bad name u kno
You are a dirty idiot. So all those Igbos from Cotonue to Accra and beyond that have cornered and dominate businesses in those areas does not have any right to own properties in those countries because they are not citizens in those countries? What about your nigerian governors buying houses in UK and all over the world, are they all also legal residents and citizens of UK and other countries where they bought properties with stolen money? What of those in real estate business that searches for hot places all over the world to buy properties for reselling?
Someone few days ago opened a thread about high rising cost of properties in Angola and suggested people interested should invest in real estate properties in Angola. Now, must interested investors also become legal residents or citizens of Angola before investing in real estate business in Angola? Orobo durty, you all nigerians are dunce and does not merit to be in same countries with Igbos.

Ijawman:
You cannot own a property in a land you are not a legal resident (by which I mean a citizen or permanent residence). Take that to the bank; it is a blank cheque. You are an ignoramus and if people like you are the ones championing Biafra, then I pity the course. Igbos will lose big time.
Only a dunce like you empty head nigerians can spew this kind of rubbish and still get support from your ilk. Did you ever see the four walls of a class room in your entire life to come out and spew this rubbish with total authority?
Your idiocy knows no bound. Are you not ashamed of coming out in public forum to write something stupid as this? So, for anyone to own a property in London and Newyork, such person must have to be a legal resident or citizen of UK or USA? How dumb you nigerians are. Imagine the kind of empty heads we Igbos are sharing same country with.

Keep dreaming and planning on how to share your loots of Igbos properties after Biafra have become a country. Your dreams will get to know where. In the event of the emergence of Biafra as a nation of it's own, all Igbos properties all over the world including nigeria will remain Igbo peoples's property and it is the law that says that. Have you ever pursed and ask yourself why stronger countries like the US and UK manages to get weaker countries to tow the line of law as it is supposed to be? That is the same hand that Biafra is going to use on any of you idiot countries that tries anything funny regarding Igbo people's properties in your countries after the final demise of your epileptic nigeria.

The most stpuid, ignorant and myopic question of the century. How dumb you are, asking this idiotic question. Does Ijaws not have houses and properties in London, USA, all over Europe, Africa, Australia, Japan, Korea and the rest of Asian countries where they managed to build or buy one? Now, going by your idiotic and mumunized analog, do your Ijaw people have the right to own properties in all those places that i listed where they are not citizens or (legal) permanent residents? Who told you that anyone can not own houses and properties in any country that such person is not a citizen or (legal) permanant resident? Who told you that? Are laws going to change when it comes to Igbo people? How dumb all you slowpoke nigerians gets by sticking out "yardstick" when ever it's anything Igbo? How dumb, you idiots.

kegikwanu:
thx for your views, but the question was not yoruba, hausa, ibibio or E.T,
who can from our igbo politicans grab it at the root and bring a changehuh

I read some still proclaim on biafra, well I somehow do too but where are those that can represent?
I mean an icon, a man with visions and idols,
What do you mean by an icon, a man with vision? Did awusa and Yoruba ever gave you an icon, men with vision while turning nigeria into the mess it has become today? Why do you have to use a yardstick when it comes to Igbos? Left for me, i say give them Andy Uba or even a person of Igbo stock that is worse, so the mess thoe idiots created will continue. Nonsense. Icon ni, vision ko.

Dis Guy:
are the views of igbo on this forum the same as those on the street of lagos abuja and kano?

btw have you applied for a biafran passport, what colour is it?
If you are wise enough, you should know that the views on this forum to a greater extent reflects to the views of ordinary people on the streets of nigeria. For e.g, most Yorubas on this forum will never like to see nigeria divided so they can get off their lazy arrss and work independent of Igbo people. All awusas and i mean 100% of them awusas will like nigeria to remain forever backward and this shows on their comments on this forum. Same view is obtained from both Yorubas and awusas in the streets of nigeria.

All those foolish nigerians in this forum can read the reactions of Igbos here to see and know that most Igbo people are not buying this crap of zoning the presidency to Igbos as if PDP and northerners and the rest of nigerias are out to do us Igbos a favor.
Compare this to when the same northerners through Umaru Yar'adua said that they will create a ministry for Niger Delta affairs. All the zombie Ijaws on this forum and other forums bought the scam hook, line and sinker as mugus they have been since after the war. Someone tells you he will do something for you over your right and you come out rejoicing. I remember me and other Igbos warning those Ijaws to beware. Today, tell me, what have the so called ministry achieved for them. Zoning presidency to Igbos my arrsss. We are too big and wise to fall for such crap.

Ewu 187 bigger, it's a shame to you. You think you can just insinuate whatever you feels like. Idiot Igbo hater. I thought you said that Igbo's blackmailing against Glo is all over the internet, why can't you easily post the link so we can all read it. You come to this forum after Igbo people chased you out at www.cybereagles.com with your stupid handle 187bigger. You think you will have enough space here to spew those garbages you are used to at cybereagles.com. Weree.

The idiot (187 bigger of cybereagles.com) has run away. I told him to provide evidence by link that Igbos are blackmailing Glo as he insinuated and he hasn't done that since one hour.
