PoliticsRe: I Stand With President Tinubu As Igbo by Bibi1410: 4:43am On Sep 06, 2023
Obedients don't stand with Tinubu, it's not about ethnicity it's about logic, justice and equity. Even other Africans calling it out,

PoliticsRe: By The Time Northerners Realize Their Mistake, It Will Be Too Late! by Bibi1410: 11:28am On Sep 05, 2023
People need to appreciate that the stomach is in command of the person, not feelings or emotions of hate etc. The fact that Tinubu has dejected the North from their source of food immediately means hunger for the North. And no level of hatred can outwit hunger. That's why you see Europeans who fought each other through bloody wars over thousands of years and hated each other. Now come together under a common cause. So let noone think that the North will not revolt against Tinubu, he should have been fairer to them if he wanted their loyalty.

Why is APC so afraid of a rerun if they know they hold a commanding majority in the country?

PoliticsRe: Why Nigeria’s Refineries Will Never Work – Obasanjo by Bibi1410: 10:54am On Sep 05, 2023
Sell the refineries and watch petrol price multiply by 10. You play with the power of Capitalism, foolish poor peasants (working masses) clamouring for subsidy removal, how far now with those private hands.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Meets With Defence Ministers, Service Chiefs Before India Trip by Bibi1410: 10:44am On Sep 05, 2023
The country is in tatters economically socially, mentally but all people can do is chant ethnic bigotry. In psychology they call it cognitive dissonance. The ability to say two things that are opposite at the same time. It's a symptom of a conquered mind that can't articulate their problem and find solutions to solve it. The solution is that at least my own poverty is not worse than the poverty of the other tribe. But it's all poverty, what nonsense. Don't be useful idiots, you both have the same oppressor.
PoliticsRe: What Will Unfold From Tomorrow To Next Week by Bibi1410: 10:30am On Sep 05, 2023
This is biggest anticipated electoral tribunal case in Nigeria and Africa. I think if Tinubu wins, SE will start discussing Biafra seriously again and this time they will have the backing of their elites which they never had before. (Let's not forget how Bokoharam started, they felt the system was unjust and wanted their own system. Today they run 24 local governments parallel to the Nigerian state). I think for the sake of the country it's better that Tinubu losses and there is a rerun and hopefully he wins with an even larger margin and with 25% in FCT than the judgement automatically sways his way with all these anomalies like no 25% in FCT etc and most importantly the general anger in the air. If we want Nigeria to prosper, cool heads have to prevail and view the implications of all these decisions for the future of the country not just what feels good today.

PoliticsRe: PEPT : What Happens If Tribunal Fails To Give Final Judgement After 16th by Bibi1410: 9:34pm On Sep 03, 2023
The status quo continues with Tinubu at the realms of power. Dont think constitution provides any provision if judges fail to make judgement by the cut off date. Maybe lawyers can let us know.
PoliticsRe: Niger Coupe; Pst Chris Oyakhilome Lent His Voice. by Bibi1410:
There are many forms of democracy from consensus, direct, deliberative, representative democracy etc. The form of democracy practiced in most African states in representative or liberal democracy based on choosing a representative. This type of democracy does not work for poor nations as it only attracts thieves and vagabonds who firstly lie their way into power then use this period in power to loot the treasury as there is no other way or recourse for their removal before the end of their tenure of between 4-5 years. And in some cases they rigg their way to another term. This is why the military is needed to restore law and order in this interim period to stop the looting, this is unconstitutional but a necessity when a state is a comatose state. Africa needs to look at other types of democracies that are in line with its values and culture. For example China chose its own democratic path and
uses a different democracy called socialist consultative democracy, some believe Chinese form of gvt is authoritarian. However in a consultative democracy the people are consulted continuously on key issues and their votes at local level on these issues are sent up the line to be effected by the executive wing of government. So the government is always accountable to the peoples desires. The Chinese model certainly has its problems such as unelected leaders at the national level etc but it's working for them and it's of their own choosing. The greatest form of freedom for any nation is the ability to chart their own path, there will be problems but it shows resilience, maturity and growth. If African states want respect they need to grow up, chart their own destiny it's been 60 years now, the spoon feeding needs to stop. . And Africans need to understand that democratic governments are accountable to the people not the other way round.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu : War: I Have Changed My Mind by Bibi1410:
I don't see what Nigeria is getting from fighting this war unless it seeks to annex parts of Niger with uranium. Otherwise the losses are great as the same sanctions it imposed on Niger will directly devastate Nigeria economically. Firstly Nigerian seaports such as Apapa in Lagos serve inland countries like Niger. Closing of border due to sanctions means Niger will find new trade routes. Benin has already opened its border to Niger. And Niger can partner with Cameroon or Algeria to use their seaports as they are not part of ECOWAS. This is similar to what happened to EU when they sanctioned Russia and the sanctions beat them back as they lost cheap gas and energy supply, Germany is in recession as we speak because of this. Secondly Niger has stopped the construction of their hydroelectric dam, which was helping stop floods downstream in Nigeria perhaps, this may affect Nigeria's agriculture. Sanctions on energy means Nigeria loses revenue from Niger reducing its energy markets. Let's not talk of the loss of future revenue from that gas pipeline coming from Nigeria through Niger going to Europe. Thirdly war will spill over especially due to porous borders into Nigeria ushering in a new Islamist insurgency, which will certainly lead to a failed state essentially making it hard to keep and attract foreign investment. Let's not to talk of the mass amounts of refugees who will troop into Nigeria. EU inherited over 6million refugees from Ukraine. This is a disaster waiting. Are Ecowas telling us that they learnt nothing from the Russia Ukraine situation. I mean how does one consider destroying their country to preserve democracy elsewhere, it doesn't make sense. But what do I know am not a president of a country. Zelensky and Putin thought they would play war now both are faced with devastation in their region for generations to come. Sometimes I think power drives people insane and logic leaves their brains.
PoliticsRe: Emerging Facts: North Will Eventually Cry Blood Over Tinubu by Bibi1410: 1:02pm On Aug 11, 2023
The people that don't want One Nigeria are secretly supporting war against Niger, possibly to destabilise Nigeria as war will spill over. For example, Asari who just 3 years ago was a Biafraist now want to fight for Nigeria. So Northerners need to be very careful, Niger are brothers.
