Police confirm deaths of 2 female suicide bombers in Borno


The Borno Police Command has confirmed the death of two female suicide bombers, who blew themselves up in an attempt to invade Maiduguri.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Borno Police Command, Victor Isuku, made this known to newsmen on Monday in Maiduguri.
He said that the suicide bombers were halted at the outskirt of Maiduguri, the state capital.
“At About 2030hrs on Sunday, two female suicide bombers were halted to stop for routine check at Geleri village which is about five km to Muna Garage, near Maiduguri.

“One of the suicide bombers detonated the Improvised Explosive Device (IED) strapped to her body, killing her and her accomplice, whose IED vest did not detonate.
“Three residents of the area were, however, injured.
“The police rushed to the scene to render the unexploded IED safe.
“The area, however, has been secured and normalcy restored, ” he said.

Jubbaland forces clash with Al Shabaab fighters near Kismayo, 15 killed


Somalia- At least 15 militants were killed in clashes between Al Shabaab and Jubbaland forces near the southern coastal town of Kismayo, located 500 km south of Mogadishu, Garowe Online reports.

The battle flared up after Jubbaland troops launched a military offensive on training camps belonging to the Al Shabaab fighters in Janay Abdalla and Berhani areas, 60 km west of Kismayo.

According to Jubbaland's Intelligence agency spokesman Ahmed Mohamed, said the forces have raided Al Shabaab stronghold areas, in a move to flush out militants from the region.

Jubbaland troops will continue the military operation until they bring back the stolen 1,000 camels taken by Al Shabaab from local nomadic herders suffering from the drought, added the official.

The spokesman said the cattle herders who Al Shabaab group been robbing, have lost most of their herds to the drought, and the militants are taking the only surviving animals those families.

Al Shabaab has ordered residents of Lower Jubba region and the other areas under their control to round up their livestock that survived from the drought and hand it over to the militant group.

The group has been pushed out of most of the main towns in Lower Jubba region it once controlled, but it remains a potent threat to the horn of Africa nation.

Why should someone agree with me or what I believe his true or not. We only saw the pictures of the former CAS in Pakistan,taking pictures with jf 17 and nothing never happened. The order of JF 17 first appeared in last year budget together with other birds. I know of six MI-35MS that was ordered 2014 till now we haven't seeing anything.
