Goldrosewine: You are trying way too hard to project your bitterness and low expectations of women onto me, but I have the time to answer you today.😋😋
First of all, let’s address your sad attempt to make me feel small with your "royal persona" comparison. Royalty isn't just a title or a bloodline; it's a state of mind and a standard of behavior.
I told you, when look in the mirror, what I see is a queen. It doesn't matter if life tries to put me down; I absolutely refuse to relegate myself to the dirt just because others are comfortable there. My self-worth isn't up for debate or comparison with women who lack the discipline to match their aesthetics. It's not my fault that you think your daughter isn't a royalty just because you are not a king! 😋🙂
Secondly, you keep calling having a next-door "Chike" an "opportunity." That right there tells me everything I need to know about your mindset. Marital breakdown is a sad tragedy, not a golden "opportunity" to audition for the streets. A woman who does what his wife did has absolutely no class.
If life happens and a husband goes rogue, a woman of value doesn't sneak around to get even. You take your time, handle it with dignity, go through with a divorce, meet good guys, select the best to avoid making the same mistake, and properly start a new life. That is what class is.
And boy... I will repeat this again! you really need to go back and actually listen to Mr. Frank's podcast again with your ears open this time. He wasn't exactly "keeping malice" he resorted to non-violent means of handling the matter. There is a massive difference, but I guess nuance is lost on someone trying so hard to justify bad behavior.🤷♂️
As for your little hypothetical question: "If your current boyfriend decides to ignore you for 3 months, will you wait or try the new guy?"
If a boyfriend ignores me for three months, he is no longer my boyfriend. Period. I don't cheat; I pack up and leave. It’s called having boundaries and self-respect. You should look into it. And it is for this reason I am taking time to enlighten you on this issue and hopefully you'll pass the message to your daughter🙂
Since you are so convinced that every woman's morality is in the mud and that cheating is just a natural response to being neglected, let me also ask you this again since it triggered you, obviously 🤣. If this so-called "opportunity" happens to your daughter, would you encourage her to do the same? Will you pat her on the back for throwing her dignity away with the next-door neighbor just because her husband was distant?
Answer that.
Gold 🌹 🍷 Damn, this is called schooling. I hope you actually walk the talk; if you do, keep it up. Never ever lose focus/sight of who you are and where you're heading. Never mind what haters say, what they say doesn't count. All that matters is that "to your own self, you stay true and stay real." |

The question is, why are these people not called "terrorists" that they are? Why is the government downplaying what they are? Bandits are armed robbers, people who steal/operate for economic benefits. What we have in Nigeria especially in the Northern part of Nigeria are terrorists. Are they called Bandits so that the supposed reintegration program will be easier to sell? How long will this deceit continue? |

1Alex: Dem tell you it's na brand new; you are asking about mileage. Obviously that car is being driven, so it's right to ask for mileage. There's a difference between a brand-new car and a zero-mileage car. Under ideal conditions, a brand-new car ought to have zero mileage, but most times, in Nigeria, a car is allegedly brand new but used by the dealer while the car is still with him/her. Looking at this picture, this car has been driven. And for those who'll ask how the car will get to the dealer's car lot, there are special-purpose vehicles used to transport vehicles. |

caleboxylic: Ignorance at full display. If you don't want your workers to join a union, then don't hire. It's simple. Without union, our salaries wouldnt have been improved, same as allowances. Those in multinational across globe are all in labour unions, then one local champion is making noise up and down against union. Those workers must be allowed to join a union. If I am to own a a business in Nigeria, the first condition condition on the employment agreement would be no unionism, a complete and permanent ban on it. If you want to be in a union, join a firm that supports it or create your own. I saw unionism shut down a brewery around 2011, till date most of them are still unemployed, whereas the bosses they were protesting against are all gainful employed. |
Celebrities › Re: Why I Don’t Collect Tithes – Odumeje Opens Up About His True Calling by bigbauer(m): 11:43am On Jul 20, 2025 |
Godfullsam: For your information, I am a regular tither. I do so willingly because of the blessings attached with tithing which I always receive.
But I will never use the book of malachi to scare people into paying tithe.
Like I said , go and read the full text in the malachi to know what lead to the verse you picked out . The book of malachi is not plenty na .
If I stop paying tithe today, God will not curse me, in fact he doesn't need even need my money to bless me in the first place. But I may be denying myself certain blessings which mostly come through tithing Tithing should be willingly from the heart. God will not curse anybody for not paying tithe to any pastor.
Stop hand picking some verses of the scripture that correspond with your sermon to convince or confuse people.
Most so called men of God do this and it is very disgusting. So glad to see someone with the right understanding. There's something people fail to understand; First, the offerings that were tithed by Abraham (Gen. 14) and Jacob (Gen. 28) are descriptions—not prescriptions. Abraham simply returned Melchizedek's hospitality, Jacob entered into a business agreement with God, it was a conditional transaction, Jacob told God "if you will... and i will" other words, there's no evidence that Abraham and Jacob continued to tithe or that their actions were binding for others then or today. Secondly there are three kinds of tithe in the Bible, and note that the tithes was strictly for the Israelites, not for strangers who lived with them, and the Levites ALONE were to collect tithes. This was their own compensation and inheritance, remember that the Levites weren't given land, they had nothing but the tithes. Numbers 18:21: I give to the Levites (ministers) all the tithes…in return for the work they do while serving (the Lord). There's the tithe that was to be paid once in three years And it wasn't taken to the temple, it was kept at the gate for the Levites, for the widows, the fatherless, the strangers. Deuteronomy 14:27–29: At the end of every three years you shall bring out all the tithe of your produce in the same year and lay it up within your towns. And the Levite, because he has no portion or inheritance with you, and the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, who are within your towns, shall come and eat and be filled, that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands that you do. Again note that tithes was strictly for the Israelis not the strangers (non Israelis). And only the Levites were to collect tithes, as their own inheritance. Numbers 18:21-28 21 “Behold, I have given the children of Levi all the tithes in Israel as [a]an inheritance in return for the work which they perform, the work of the tabernacle of meeting. 22 Hereafter the children of Israel shall not come near the tabernacle of meeting, lest they bear sin and die. 23 But the Levites shall perform the work of the tabernacle of meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity; it shall be a statute forever, throughout your generations, that among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance. 24 For the tithes of the children of Israel, which they offer up as a heave offering to the Lord, I have given to the Levites [b]as an inheritance; therefore I have said to them, ‘Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.’ ” Then there's the tithe that was to be eaten by the tither at the temple: Deuteronomy 14:23-26 Eat the tithe of your grain, new wine and olive oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks in the presence of the Lord your God at the place he will choose as a dwelling for his Name, so that you may learn to revere the Lord your God always. 24 But if that place is too distant and you have been blessed by the Lord your God and cannot carry your tithe (because the place where the Lord will choose to put his Name is so far away), 25 then exchange your tithe for silver, and take the silver with you and go to the place the Lord your God will choose. 26 Use the silver to buy whatever you like: cattle, sheep, wine or other fermented drink, or anything you wish. Then you and your household shall eat there in the presence of the Lord your God and rejoice. And the the tithe for increase, (firstlings etc) And finally, the book of Malachi, that portion was directed at the priests, and then extended to the entire congregation. Remember that it was the priest alone that could enter the store house. To better understand Malachi 3:8 start from Malachi chapter 1 Malachi 1:6–7: "A son honors his father, a servant honours his master. I am your Father and Master, yet you don't honor me…you despise my name." "Who? Us?" you say. "When did we ever despise your name?" "When you offer polluted sacrifices on my altar." "Polluted sacrifices? When have we ever done a thing like that?" "Every time you say, 'Don't bother bringing anything very valuable to offer to God!'” In conclusion, tithing should be a personal commitment, done to honour and appreciate God for supplies, not to keep the law or for fear of devourers, else Jesus Christ came to die in vain, and we should continue to to make animal sacrifices, stop mixed cropping and other instructions. The reality is that the only reason most Pastors are still hammering on Tithe is because they need the money. Most churches will go broke and pack up if they stop collecting tithes. |

ZaraIhua: Chapter 35
“Your sister claims your father emotionally abused you both. Do you agree?”
She hesitated. Then, “No, my Lord”
I froze. Did I just hear her right?
“He’s always been good to us” she continued. “Busy, yes, but he cared. Ruby….. Ruby was always the one who fought. She never appreciated him. She just wants the properties. That’s what this is really about”
No. My lips parted, but no words came out.
“And why were you sent to live with your grandfather?” the judge asked.
“Because we loved staying with him” Uduak said. “And our parents were always busy”
“Why is it that you both beared Williams, while your other siblings bears Sunday?”.
“We have always loved our grandfather so we chose to answer his name Williams, rather than Sunday which was our own father's name. It was something we decided on our own”.
The Senator nodded proudly.
I couldn’t breathe. My whole chest locked up.
We bear Williams because our father refused us bearing his own name. He said he wouldn't be a father to the weaker gender!!.
What is Uduak saying? I was fighting for her. For us. I took the risk so we could finally be free. And she stabbed me with it.
This is crazy.
Finally the The judge adjourned the case. Damn, the Senator is playing dirty. Really dirty. @divepen1 1 Like |
