Those in multinational across globe are all in labour unions, then one local champion is making noise up and down against union. Those workers must be allowed to join a union.

If I am to own a a business in Nigeria, the first condition condition on the employment agreement would be no unionism, a complete and permanent ban on it. If you want to be in a union, join a firm that supports it or create your own.

I saw unionism shut down a brewery around 2011, till date most of them are still unemployed, whereas the bosses they were protesting against are all gainful employed.
