This statements from this so called governor is a true testament to the fact that our 'leaders' need mental test. This guy has been ruling like an authoritarian leader for more than six years. No commissioners, no local government chairmen. And now, he's making this irresponsible statement just to justify his failure. I think he needs more lesson on what true federalism is all about.

I'm equally a teacher and I was able to pick some positives from the write up. However, it may not work in all aspect of teachings and it also depends on the kind of educational set up you're involved in.
