The gap in technology is not wide, at all. When it comes to nuclear weapons, Iran might even be miles ahead of the USA. Naso USA dey try to limit the number of nuclear warheads Iran, North Korea and others they perceive as threat dey produce. Iran have a better chance of winning a war vs USA.

Exactly. Intel HD 4000 has less than 120mb of vram, so unless it is the Radeon HD 7570M variation which is still not 4gb.
