Recently a cat was found sleeping on the driver's seat of a keke napep in Uyo, and people began to hurl stones at the innocent creature calling it all sort of names they could...... Just yesterday, i was conducting a routine check in my car's engine compartment when i discovered this beautiful Cat starring frightenly at me. My friend who stood beside me took to his heels screaming ''winch winch winch''. I couldn't help but laughed at his ignorance. What makes the cat a ''winch''? That the cat chosed to stay in my car probably to hid itself from this hamattan has made my dear creature a winch. I should have called the police to rescue the cat but who knows what will happen thereafter, as i may be tagg a ritualist considering the time of the year. Well, i did my best in cajoling the cat to come out of where it was hiding. However, the cat ran into the bush and i felt terribly bad for losing a wonderful harmless domestic innocent lovely visitor, whose intent was blatantly harmless. To my friend who called the cat a ''winch'' have forgiven you. To the cat who chosed to visit me in this cold, i say am so sorry for the scary treatment meted out on you by a fellow but higher animal called human, you will always be welcomed next time. And please dont use the treatment of my friend to see humans as your enemy....i love you my wonderful innocent cat who perhaps came for Christmas holiday. Am so sorry my lovely creature....... Please lets learn to treat domestic animals with some love...... I really want that cat back...... And if i find it, that would have made my day.

One is a disciplinarian and the other a creative thinker. I am a die-heart supporter of GEJ, but the truth must be told no matter whose Ox is gored..... I am a Christian from the Niger Delta which by all expectations and loyalty i should vote my tribe's man or my religous brother. But the question is as follows, is GEJ a true Christian as in the contextual meaning of the word Christian? Is he serving Jesus Christ and follows His teachings? So what is the big deal about a Christian/muslim abracadabra? These people are simply modern day pagans. What we need is total change. A man who can grab the bull by the horn and slaugther it....... About Buhari and Donald Duke ....... Buhari is about 73yrs, i believe he is not coming to steal our money for future use because his future is now. He will so deal with all those old criminals who stole from the national treasury hence they are hell bent on bringing his candidacy down with the religious/ ethnic card. He is an old soldier who will know how to tackle insecurity in the country..... Donald Duke is a creative thinker that can bring the best out of the God given wealth of this Country.
He did alot for Cross River State as a governor. I see these two as the best pair for this job. I will only restore my support for GEJ if he commence work on Calabar/ Itu road which is currently an eye sore...... Now we vote individuals and their capability and not the Party they belong. Results has been colated from Cross River Central senatorial district and it appears that the Senate majority Leader. Sen Victor Ndoma Egba was not re-elected. Hon Owan Enoh became victorious with a very wide Margin of 219 votes over Victor Ndoma Egba who earned only 37 votes. Hon Owan Enoh was d representative of obubra/Etung federal constituency of Cross River State.

Good day readers,

I just recently secured an appointment at the University of Calabar
Teaching Hospital as an intern and as I am typing this I do not
know anyone in Calabar and I need to start work this week as I
have got my posting. Please I need an accommodation close to
UCTH or someone to accommodate me for the mean time in
calabar while I search for a house to rent as I need to be in
calabar to start work. The hospital does not provide
accommodation for interns and this is posing as a great challenge
to me. I slept in a guest house when I went for interview and when
I collected my appointment letter and cannot do so now because of
the cost which is why I am writing this.

Please I need. someone willing to help and I will provide any
further information or answer any question concerning this
