I think location plays a part in ikeja a hall small size is like N450k to N800k then how about photograph er thats like the documentation guy i think digital photography with photo book is like N100k to N350 . How about video guy well all depends on you and what you want. On my wedding day i spent alot of money un budgeted and found myself owing a few people after the wedding . Just be careful with funds.
