Dr Saraki go to court and state all these as part of ur defence...wondering who will take the legislative arm of Government serious when they are the prime abusers of d judicial system..itz a shame that the number 1 lawmaker and num 3 citizen could show flagrant disregard for a competent court of jurisdiction by staying away under the guise of a federal high court who shouldn't hav even interfered..The only way u can shame ur detractors is to present ur self in court and fight ur case to a logical victorious conclusion..

Rubbish...The Judiciary is more corrupt than anyone can imagine..why stop an investigation?? This was hw d likes of Stella Oduah,Peter Odili were left off d hook with a stupid court restraining order...is this how we shall continue in Nigeria?? someone would just steal billions and obtain court order preventing them from being investigated..Buhari please reform the judiciary system,it stinks to d high heavens...

they have to first of all do away with the high court ruling.

The high court was completely wrong to entertain the case stoping the sitting of a special court such as CCT, so their own decision was null and void..They just showed the mockery of the judicial system

Now Bukola after serving two term as a governor and one term as a senator questions need be asked if all this years the tribunal has been sleeping or was in coma or who is the attorney general of the federation as the law stipulate .

When we said it back then that sanitizing the judiciary was the first move towards corruption fight... they called us wailers and further told us that Buhari will jail all of us as if we were in a military dispensation. Illiteracy is our biggest problem as a country

Every right thinking and even corrupt Nigerians know this.. Fighting corruption isn't abracadabra, Buhari knows right from time that sanitizing the judiciary is key to the fight against corruption,he stated this in many campaign grounds and conferences. The process of appointing judges into the high, appeal and supreme courts isn't an over night something..Osinbanjo masterminded the sanitization of lagos state judiciary, u can almost be sure that he can do the same at the federal level.. and if the rumor about Femi Falana becoming the next Attorney general is anything to go by, then mayb a tsunamic positive change is the air for the judiciary system...just hoping for a better Nigeria..

Emergency must be declared in that sector..so many corrupt judges are in the federal courts and must be flushed out..or how do one explain a situation where a judge truncates and stalls investigation of corrupt officers as we have seen over the last few years..Odili,Oduah,kuku just to mention a few..I just hope and pray that Osinbanjo who masterminded the sanitization of Lagos state Judiciary would be able to do same at the federal level...

Saraki as a gentleman has respected the president enough but the dog that will get lost will never hear the whisle of his master. Constitutionally Buhari cannot remove Saraki but Saraki can through impeachment. Very soon buhari will exhaust his intimedation and thats when Saraki will strike. Seems like PMB is not in anyway comfortable with Saraki as d president..He is now having to fight different battles up and down... The next move for saraki is to jes decamp to PDP cos those are d people that obviously gave him d senate presidency.. u can't short change ur own people and expect peace..
