Deadly group, Boko Haram is offering to free more than 200 young women and girls kidnapped from a boarding school in the town of Chibok in exchange for the release of militant leaders held by the government.According to an activist, who pleaded anonymity with AP because he was not authorized to talk to reporters on the sensitive issue, it was revealed that Boko Haram’s current offer is limited to the girls from the school in northeastern Nigeria whose mass abduction in April 2014.
“The new initiative reopens an offer made last year to the government of former President Goodluck Jonathan to release the 219 students in exchange for 16 Boko Haram detainees, the activist said.
He said the 5-week-old administration of President Muhammadu Buhari offers “a clean slate” to bring the militants back to negotiations that had become poisoned by the different security agencies and their advice to Jonathan.
It will be recalled that Presidential adviser Femi Adesina on Saturday stated that the Buhari led government “will not be averse” to talks with Boko Haram..

If 2 billion dollars were used to pay for fuel subsidy there will be duly acknowledged documents to show that money was actually paid to the marketers, she is only been economical with the truth. The money have been shared but if not let the documents used to pay those they paid be tendered if they didn't file them.

even with the documents,the whole process is tainted with corruption..The likes of ifeanyi Ubah (sponsor of TAN),Femi Otedola were one of d biggest beneficiaries of the subsidy mess.(don't forget stellap Oduah is an oil marketer,and u can be sure Alison Madueke might be one to)..The corrupt gang of GEJ all have direct connections to the oil marketers therefore making subsidy claims a massive conduit pipe to loot our oil money...

u must have your masters and must even be a registered PhD student before you can apply for assistant lecturing position in most universities..as for lecturing positions, u must be a PhD holder before u can apply (That's FG directive and enforced by the NUC).how can u talk of PhD without masters.. almost impossible...so get your Msc then proceed for ur PhD... ICAN is just a plus...but barely qualifies you for an academic position..

depends on the kind of masters..we have basically two types..The professional masters and the academic masters..as for MBA it falls under the professional masters..CGPA don't really matter in professional masters, as far as u get a fair or average score in all courses.. besides most schools hardly fail pro masters students, considering the huge sum of money they spend on the programme.. HOWEVER academic masters is a different ball game entirely, u must get a certain minimum cumulative grade known as PhD grade ( 60 %) if you have the intention of pursuing a PhD,off course most people who do academic masters have intention of pursuing a phd..so Yes, CGPA counts for academic masters..
