Governor Obaseki is a man indeed. He will have our full support in the governorship election that is approaching. We like him and we will support him.

Governor Obaseki's ambition to become the Edo state governor for the second term is out of love for his people. He has good plans for his people and becoming the governor presents him with the opportunity to do it well.

Governor Obaseki has demonstrated his delight for the progress of the Edo state. To express it in full, he need a platform to do that. Because he couldn't get what will enable him do that from his former party All Progressive Congress (APC), he defected to PDP. This was a good move to pursue his ambition.

Governor Godwin Obaseki's success in cases like certificate forgery which he won recently among others is a sign that he is surrounded with favour. Cases that would have implicated his pursuit were resolved like cases that aren't serious.

The case of certificate forgery is just one. Recall that he was elected unopposed in the PDP's primary elections. We like the way he is progressing in his career. He crossed many dangerous hurdles yet, he remain strong.

We believe that Obaseki is not contesting for govership election to take advantage of anybody. He is contesting to fight for the right of the people of Edo state and to do any good thing that is within his ability to do.

Governor Obaseki is a good man because he could singlehandedly, declared that he was leaving his former party APC without fear of anybody. This is what many politicians cannot do.

We like this move because any man that can declare his intentions publicly without fear or timidity, he is capable of discharging his duties justly.

The reason is because, even when he become the governor, no one can stop him from doing what he feel is right and the good people of Edo state want.

We will support governor Obaseki fully. What he did is beyond the expectation of many. We like him and will support him fully.

You can only lie to those that have never been to Edo state. As for me, I live in Benin and I know the truth. Obaseki did nothing. All the projects he is claiming has been in existence long before he came to power. He only repaint the structures and he claimed his government construct them.

I challenge Ugly Obaseki or any of his supporters to show me what incompetent Obaseki did in the last 4 years.

The Northern Governors are the best in the Country. The entire North is a project sites, as their Governors are busy giving their citizens the dividends of Democracy. Kano State has some of the best projects. A project in Kano state can fund all the projects Obaseki did. Cause most projects in Kano are multi Billion naira projects and if you are not told, you will asume they are Federal projects. This is due to the magnitude of such projects.

Your Obaseki is celebrating a pedestrian Bridge he build at University of Benin, while Ganduje has build over 10 of such projects and he did not include them in his achievements.
