Yes, my wife sent the webform same day I got the PPR email. They responded the following day that they got the webform. Based on information from WhatAspp group for virtual landing, on the average so far, it takes between 5 to 7 days to get the first portal invitation after sending the webform. My wife didn't attach any document to the webform. All she did was indicate she is in Canada and provided her current address (which Accra has already updated on her file). architectamaka:Thank you! If you are in Canada when you get your PPR, you'll need to send a webform to request virtual landing. IRCC will send you a portal invitation to electronically get your address in Canada confirmed. After completing all the steps required, your eCOPR will be issued. With this completed you can go to service Canada to have your SIN issued. Your PR Card will then be forwarded to the provided address 1 Like |

PPR Alert! My wife and I got PPR email almost 2 hours ago. Our timeline: Submission: June 4th, 2023 AOR: Aug. 3rd, 2023 BIL: Aug. 11th, 2023 SA: Aug. 17th, 2023 Medicals: Submitted upfront medicals on Aug. 24th, 2023. Medicals got update to "Completed" on Sept. 5th, 2023 PPR: Nov. 7th, 2023. VO: Accra My wife has been with me in Canada since Aug. 28th, so she is doing virtual landing. PPR Alert!!! My wife’s passport was just requested for stamping. She had 2 refusals in the last 1 year before the current one was approved. Her Timeline: Submission: 10th February, 2023 BVL: 15th June, 2023 PPR: 5th July, 2023. This group has been a great source of inspiration during those trying days we kept getting rejected visa. Hello guys, My wife’s VV application got updated on Thursday the 15th of June. She got BVL that same day. Attached is the current status showing on her profile. Since then nothing has been update. Please what does the status mean. Thanks

It is possible, only if you have a spouse that has Canadian PR or Citizenship. All they need do is submit an Inland Spousal Sponsorship while you are there on a visitor Visa. Asides that, I am not sure it is possible get a PR from being in Canada on a visit Visa. All the best with your search for PR. berryblake: |

Guys please try and be sharing your success stories and timelines. The silence seems like nothing is happening but I know some of us get PPRs without coming back here to give testimony. This thread has helped me so many times in mentally coping with the long wait. Success stories help some of us in processing limbo cope with the long wait. One love! 3 Likes |
