* The GDP per capita of Libya in 2010 was 12064.8 USD . It was 7529 USD in 2018.
* Nursing mother was given 5000 (US dollars) for herself and the child.
* There were no electric bills as it was completely free.
* A house, farm land, live stock and seeds were given free of charge to those who wanted to start farming .
* Education and medical treatment were absolutely free.
* Generous subsidies were given for weddings, housing and car purchase.
* He built the largest irrigation system in the world recognized as “the eighth wonder of the world” its purpose was to supply water to all Libyans across the country.
The hard truth is that only few western countries can afford such largesse for their citizens as above!

Now Libyans have to pay full price for everything. Including dodging bomb blasts!
His last words to his killers were “ what did I do to you?” honestly in my opinion, he didn't deserve this treatment.
Who were his real killers? Western Govt led by the frog eared Obama & shaggy looking french man; Sarkozy!
Was he really a terrible leader or were the people tired of him?
None!
The West, as usual, just decided to get rid of him.

Look my friends, gone are the days when some overfed European aristocrats will sit in a posh Berlin boulevard and carve Africa according to their interest. We must resist them. It starts with remaining in Africa, setting up a business in Africa & developing Africa!

"Every culture has some kind of soup," she said. "It's got very ancient roots."

Early people simmered everything from turtle shells to lengths of bamboo in soup, she writes in the book, turning out metal soup pots starting in the Bronze Age.
Boiling food made it possible to subsist on stable grains, with herbs and other ingredients added for nourishment or medicinal purposes.
Each time you deliver a pot of soup to a friend with the sniffles, Clarkson said you're in fact carrying on an age-old tradition.

"Separating food and medicine — that's not how ancient people thought of it," she said. "I think in every country in the world, historically, some soups were seen as restorative."
That's true no matter what you call it.

Today, soup leans brothy while stews are more substantial, but the world's spoonable foods have never fit neatly into the two English-language categories.
While Clarkson dove into centuries of etymology to trace the history of soup, potage and broth, she settled on a generously broad take. "Just some stuff cooked in water," she wrote, "with the flavored water becoming a crucial part of the dish."
It's a definition that leaves room for the world's tremendous culinary diversity.

Amongst CNN's nominations for 20 of the best soups around the world: two Nigerians, no Rwandan Soup made the list.

The University of Rwanda informs prospective applicants wishing to apply for the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery and Bachelor of Dental Surgery offered at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS), Huye Campus that the online application system for the Academic Year 2021-2022 is open from 20th December 2021 to 2nd January 2022.

These two academic programs are very competitive with very limited places. Therefore, applicants that will be selected will pass a clinical aptitude test to assess their eligibility to the above programs and may be invited for interviews. Those that will not be eligible will be allowed to apply for other programs during the general application period.

Applicants are requested to only apply to one of the two programs (either Medicine & Surgery,or Dental surgery) and take note of the following important information:

For Rwandans or Rwandan Residents.
*Applicants must have done one of the following subjects’ combinations:
Minimum entry requirements
Physics-Chemistry-Biology (PCB)
Mathematics-Chemistry-Biology (MCB).

*Applicants should have two principal passes with at least Grade B in Biology and Chemistry and an aggregate between 70 and 73
(Detailed document on entry requirements and the required combinations is uploaded on UR Website).

*A high level of English language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Applications are submitted online through the following steps;

Login to “New Application” on the left side of the page to create the student account;

*Complete your personal information & generate a reference number and a pin. Please record your reference number and pin before taking anyfurther steps;

*After generating your reference number, pay a non-refundable fee of RWF 5,000 (for Rwandan and EAC citizens) and RWF 6,000 for international applicants, to

After the payment of the applications fees, continue the application process after 10 minutes;

V. Guidelines to candidates who previously made their applications but did not register
Pay application fees using your reference number that was previously generated from UR online system

Log in to application portal and proceed with your application process.

Applicants with Foreign qualifications and those with Local qualifications who completed High School before 2011.

For applicants with foreign qualifications, before applying, you should have obtained an equivalence of your certificates from National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) for general secondary education or Rwanda Polytechnic (RP) for vocational training

Go to UR website and follow steps mentioned in Section Il above to get a reference.

Fill in a special online application form available on admission website through the following link http://www.emhs.uraesrw//emh/?q—applicationform. The form shall be submitted online together with the following documents:

Certified copy of your Advanced Senior Six (S6) certificate of Secondary Education
Copy of your National ID card or valid passport.

Certified copy of your equivalence with the Rwandan system (only for applicants with foreign qualifications).

Computer labs and support staff are available on each UR Campus to facilitate online application.
