Today is father's day and everywhere is silent

Men can't even celebrate themselves properly but will cry "blue murder" when it's Mother's day

No wonder the Japanese Government is begging their citizens to marry and give birth because their population is seriously dwindling.

I'm struggling with your whole narrative because I like doers not talkers, I like people who show me what they can do by their actions and not words. I'm also struggling with this because I'm someone who lives in the present moment and not the future. We are not guaranteed tomorrow, next week or 2025. So, why not do the good things you can do now, rather than waiting until later?

All our good intentions mean nothing if they do not translate to good or right actions! You sound like one of those annoying NL men who come here to vent about the girlfriend they were intending to marry or planned to marry next year. They are always intending or planning to marry the woman in their stories, but never actually getting round to it, and that is usually their opening statement which feels inauthentic.

Someone once told me to suspend my financial support to my parents until I was doing well financially then I could resume my support to them. I felt it was a stupid and selfish thing to have said to me, because my thinking was that - I have them now, I will do right by them while they are alive. If I wait until later when I am financially stable/strong they may not be alive.

Additionally, I don't like it when people act funny and then turn around to preach patience and accuse others of impatience. Like the time when a friend kept me waiting for over 30 minutes, then when I took off to do what we had planned to do that morning, he had the guts to tell me I was impatient. You're not God don't test people on patience, only he has the power to do that and produce the outcomes he wants in people.

The man I am crazy about right now didn't tell me he is a giving person, he showed me by deeds not words. Yours was a friendship not a romantic relationship but the same rules apply, show don't tell and walk the talk.

You honestly said my mind

Op at first sounded like romance section guys that always start with an addendum saying "I wanted to make her my wife, I wanted to do this and that" to buttress their "lashing women" point, I mentally switched roles and assumed Op is a male cos I'm surprised there are women out there that reason like that, i guess we learn everyday.

I see a lot of you subtly passing judgement on the OP’s father. Look, life is very complicated. It is not a gadget that comes with a manual that tells how you can operate it safely without challenges. People are battling all sorts of addictions and struggles internally. Look at the lady who was defiled as a child, and started sleeping with her dogs, she has now committed suicide after sharing her story. The self-righteous judgmental mob feasted on it and the rest is history. Can we not all learn to empathize and move on.

Lmao because the fault is a man, we should not be judgemental, imagine if it was the mother's fault, this thread would have been on page 20 by now filled with insults on females generally. No, we will not sympathise with a foolish man that intentionally invited doom to himself and infected his wife in the process, deal with it.

"African men are polygamous in nature" "we are not wired to eat from one plate forever"

All of you saying the above, your end will be same as Op's father, no be curse just facts of life, my only pain is Op's innocent mother suffering for what she didn't bargain for

Op better tell your mum her status let her start treatment ASAP.

If you are the famer's worker won't you expect him to increase your salary as well?
Where do you expect him to see the money to increase your salary?
Don't worry, be clapping for labour, as soon as minimum wage is increased you will see the result everywhere.

I don't get, you want minimum wage to be 30k forever?

We all know prices of everything increased because of exchange rate, how these sets of people think that increased minimum wages will increase prices of commodities is what I don't understand

Truly Nigerians are their own enemy.

Men are emotional beings sha, because what da hell is this?

With all your assumptions nowhere does it indicate that she's cheating, because how exactly does having a video call, pictures, and long calls translate to cheating?

Pathetic.

It is childish because women are standing up for their own, but when men unanimously insult females as seen in multiple threads, it is them saying the truth

Cry bloody tears.

Criticism is different from accusation , please know the difference

So if I taste a product that has too much sugar, and I say it on my page on Facebook, is that an accusation or criticism?

Where exactly is it in the law or constitution that explicitly states that public criticism of a product is illegal or attracts jail time?

Can only happen in a banana Republic where freedom of speech is not guaranteed.

Honestly the type of people getting married these days ehn, petty something is what you ran to nairaland to talk about, na wa.

In as much as I agree with you, we must also tell ourselves the truth that some guys or men are not likeable one bit, this guy you described is one of them.

Some men are money miss road.

I am not handsome, I know I am far from being handsome, but if I should brag, bros with my little financial success, when I pass or stay where ladies are, I sense the mad admiration. The only thing that can stop me from getting any girl I cherish and approach today is my marital status of being a married young man, aside that, I can't imagine any lady born of a woman rejecting me if I truly desire her, no jokes (though some will still reject for some awkward reason just as we guys can never like or admire every girl out there, ladies too have taste even though they love money/good life).

Even my wife who is a hot damsel fears me in this aspect such that she always tease me with the word "baby oku", thank God you married early, because you and umu nwa for hear am lolz. She knows how babes admire me from afar when we attend a function together or even Church service, talk more of if I was single hehe, Davido and Flavor for be learners grin

Bros that your friend lack style. Or he is dull or too ugly and maybe with big tummy or he womanizes openly such that the girl have seen him severally or heard about his paroles and have swore never to be counted among his conquests.

Al Pacino said in Scar Face, and I quote:

"When you got the money, you got the power, and when you got the power, you got the women and the world is yours"

This is an American Actor saying this as far back as in the early 90s, to talk of today that the world is now solely controlled by money.

That guy lack game and style or something is wrong with him somewhere or the girl is seriously engaged to her heartthrob.

But then, like you said, no man can ever fvck every girl he so desires, even Michael Jackson or Drake or just name the most popular man on earth can't achieve it cos some girls may even dislike you and reject you just because they are scared of your huge success or scared that you will use them and dump them or break their heart or scared that you are too handsome or too rich and won't belong to them alone. Some may reject you just because you are too busy or too smart or too popular/famous, maybe because they want a simple modest life devoid of drama and troubles. But your guy own na lack of style or something is seriously wrong somewhere

That guy you quoted is right, meaning your long epistles is a truckload of trash

Can money get you any girl you want? Big No

Even the ones that have steez, style, or good moves while flaunting wealth, there will always be ladies that will vehemently reject them because they are simply not interested talk more of the ones that have none of those qualities

How difficult is it for most of you to understand that all females will not fall because a man has money? Are we suppose to be talking about this in this age and century? It's a warped mentality pls

There are ladies presently rejecting billionaires as we speak because they can, so kill the thought.

Girls love Guys who BULLY them aLot. undecided

He Drags her Nipples out, then Shift their Pant or Tear it and Insert his Raging PREEK into the Veejay. shocked kiss

Girls Inwardly Adore such Guys! smiley

Who lied to you people so much like this? How can you claim to know ladies more that we know ourselves? You guys should try to use your sense next time when commenting its not that difficult.

Eunoiaa:

She's didn't do anything wrong as it's their tradition, and she's a relative.

It's just like the bride having to dance/snap with every group of family members in a Yoruba wedding. The father in-law, her parents, he co-workers, the big aunties.

In this case, it is the sister having "one last dance before marriage" with her brother (their extended family all call themselves wives, brothers, sisters, etc., in their culture sha), and she has to dance and dance until he sprays her so she can leave. Being persistent like that is the point of it lol.

If you watched the video and listened to what the Mc said, you'd know that's the couples dance and she was interrupting, that's why nobody was dancing with the couple and the MC had to tell her she'd dance with him later, so yes she did wrong.

Op pls always give detailed news not captivating headline that will entice people

Though she did wrong, but that's the groom's TWIN SISTER.

That's why the bride was smiling and didn't make a big deal out of it.
