Lame excuse....if you did your sampling and research well, you will find out that probability of goals exceeding over 3.5 is very promising..60%..in that case, common sense should tell you that, you shouldnt evn try goin for under 4.5 goals. If you have been following Barca of lately, you will also find out that they havnt beeen really consistent with their matches ending over 2.5 and with a team like chelsea and also historical meetings between the two, you shold know that betting under 3.5 goals for todays match between this two teams make super sense...use common sense

Goodmorning fellas. congratulations to those who made it to the group discussion stage. To those of us who are still hoping, lets keep hoping for the best. That said, i will drop some hints regarding the group discussion. its nothing to be scared of, rather its fun...yea very interesting. topics that will be given to be discussed upon are mostly current issues affecting the country. so it will be wise to read up articles and columns in the news daillies, if you can. then make your own unique contribution. so in essence in order to sound knowledgeable, please read up. during the discussion, you will be assessed on different qualities...y'all have an idea of what it is. but just to remind you guys

1. speak out, be audible. speak confidently...look into the eyes of your fellow discussants (minimum of 12 per group) when speaking. your contribution shuld be between 30 seconds to maximum of a minute. you dont want to sound opinionated and domineering.

2. while somone else is speaking, look up and pay attention to that person. if possible jot down some points raised on a piece of paper. it shows you pay attention to details when working as a team.

3. when somone is speaking, pls dont interrupt. wait until the person finishes and then raise up your hand to make your contribution. the initiator of the group discussion will call on you to speak. one you guys will play that role of an initiator. i will give som tips for initiating the discussion.

4. make sure you get to speak or air your view. if you dont, then thats failure.

5. while speaking acknowledge the contributions of others before your own. you can incorporate them into your own. that is the essence of taking notes.

6. Lastly smile and put up a friendly disposition while speaking.

Now to anyone who wants to initiate the discussion
1. there is just only one initiator. he is more or less like the moderator. so in effect he is playing a leadership role. that will earn som points for him. he is also responsible for directing the group to arrive on a unanimous agreement in concluding the discussion. Now if the group discussion session will last for like say 10 to 15 minutes. then you as the initiator shuld suggest that 3 minutes out of 10-15 minutes shuld be set aside in order for your group members to arrange their views and thoughts. please take note of the time. watch your time, so once 3 minutes is over, you begin to drop your own contribution, prompting others to speak out to. if the duration is say 20 minutes, 7 minutes can be used to prepare.

2. Moderate the discussion. if somone tends to speak off the topic, tactfully redirect the group to the topic proper. if they want to speak, tell them to signify by raising up their hands, so you call them. earn you a point for establishing order.

3. if somone is speaking too lengthy, tactfully remind him to be considerate of the time for others to speak.

4. if you notice somone hasnt spoken at all or has been silent up till the conclusion stage, pls invite that person to speak. that shows you value working with all in a team.

5. Conclusion stage: 2 to 3 minutes can be set aside for this. the group must take a final position on the topic which must be agreed upon. you as the moderator, will inform them when its time for that. so as they speak, as you listen, as you take down points, you also watch and keep to time. you can choose to summarise all the points towards making a conclusion or call on each one to make very brief concluding statements.
Dont go overtime. thank them all for their contributions and end the discussion.

i tried logging in now and its telling me that i have taken the test before. i was among those that had issues with internet connection during the previous attempt. i have sent mails to the hr team and they havnt replied yet...guys i am so worried. what do i do now?
