My Quickteller Story..!

It is a shame doing business on the platform of quickteller service, I made payment on Thursday to a client using quickteller platform and my money was deducted but to my utmost surprise the client said he did not get the payment but a confirmation was sent to me saying amount has been deducted but not remitted into my client's account.

I sent several mails to their customer support email address provided on their site (consumersupport@interswitchng.com) since on Friday, no single response or automated reply from their support till date.

I am highly disappointed in service rendered by quickteller, they are inefficient, not customer friendly, grossly incompetent.

It is pretty sad, that this third party support called interswitch is a big wash, with no customer's interest at heart in solving problems.

I just loaded my Airtel line and noticed the same thing. I guess this is another way of marketing politics to the grassroot. Both telecomms are not supporting APC rather they are selling their recharge cards. Below is the same message from Airtel.
