It's not today they have been receiving indicting letters or submission of report after an investigation. The question is what action would be taken after receiving such letters and reports.
Anyway judging from PMB's stance, the only hindrance I forsee against him taking drastic actions is the NASS not even Tinubu can stop his resolve.
