Yea... but this is just one project. Hiring too many managers will not add any value rather too much cost.

RomanceWhy Single Ladies Born In 80’s & 90’s May Never Get A HUSBAND Soon by Biliamin(op): 9:24pm On Jun 14, 2015
1. Many ladies will end up being single for life because
of the media exposure: It is so disheartening how a lady
will glue her eyes on a mobile phone from morning to
night, only to raise it up to focus on television to watch
another celebrity entertainment channel. Tell me, what
else will dominate this lady’s mindset if it’s not how to
live a fake celebrity life being promoted on television
channels?

2. Many ladies of nowadays dislike cooking and doing
home chores: Just because they have been totally
brainwashed by movies showcasing men playing the role
of women in a family. Now, with this kind of attitude,
how do you expect a man to desire to marry you when he
knows pretty well that he is only buying more headache
and trouble rather than a helper for himself?

3. Modern fashion and craze for gadgets is a great
barrier to most ladies finding love and marriage: How do
we explain a single lady whose only desire in life is to
acquire the latest clothes in town, the latest mobile
phones and ipads to the detriment of her woman
worth? How can a single lady maintain this lifestyle for
long without bowing low to immoral lifestyle? How do
you expect a man from a responsible family background,
and who is in his right senses to propose marriage to a
lady whose utmost desire and concern in life is to
acquire costly electronic gadgets, clothes, jewellery,
perfume name them. Of course, majority of men would
like to date such a trendy lady for fun and show-off, but
wouldn’t want to propose marriage even if she is earning
the money by herself because her expensive lifestyle
already is a big turn off to most responsible serious-
minded single men. Only men that are out for fun will be
closely attracted to her, and her chances of getting a
marriage proposal from them is as slim as a camel
passing through the eye of a needle.

4. Excessive make-up turns most decent and serious-
minded men off: If you have observed, you will discover
that most men dislike excessive make-up, and more don’t
even like it at all. Excessive make-up makes you look like
an Egyptian Mummy. A slight make-up is okay, but if you
are out for marriage, try always to look simple and
natural, it will attract better men, decent and serious-
minded men. Unless you are still living in your high
school life and not thinking towards marriage.

5.Cut Down Your Participation in social network sites: If
possible, limit your use of facebook and twitter accounts
because they may be doing you more harm than good,
but you wouldn’t know until you hit 35 years plus and
still single and searching. No man would want to marry a
lady who jumps from one social network site to another
because it is a clear sign of an unfaithful lady or about to
be unfaithful, yes, that’s how men view it. Who are you
to have a thousands of friends on facebook, same on
twitter, maybe on wassap, 2go, twoo, BBM, badoo,
eskimi, and you are not even a celebrity?

6. Stop Giving Your Number Out To Every Dick & Harry!
No man would want to propose marriage to a lady whose
phone is always ringing. A girl who is always on phone
talking, chatting and laughing. You are out on a date
with a guy, but you keep on texting the whole date. Who
is she texting anyway? Same goes for you. Flip your
phone over or turn it off. It’s just disrespectful. Keep
away your phone You may not be a playgirl, but he
would judge you as one, and will likely flee at the
slightest chance or disagreement.

7. You Don’t Bring Any Value Into The Life Of Men You
Date or Are Dating: Because your best friend married
without contributing anything to the man that finally
married her doesn’t mean it will work for you that
way. Think and work towards equipping yourself so that
you can be of value and also add value to his life. The
kind of value that will convince him that you are worth
committing to. Adding value to his life isn’t by giving him
money or material gifts, nope….good counsels, being his
best friend, helping him attain his goals in life, lending
him moral, mental and spiritual support, and by not just
being a liability that only bring requests and problems to
be solved.

8. Your Friends Run Your Life: How do you expect to find
a husband when you still allow your clique of friends to
be dictating which man you meet is worthy of your love
and which one is not? When will you wake up and face
the fact that even though those best friends of yours
cherish you, most of them wouldn’t want you to get
married before them or you to get married to their best
man.

9. You Move Around In Groups: Often times, you miss
the advance of a good decent man when you move in
groups, be wise. Again, men don’t always fancy ladies
that move around in groups because most ladies can only
be reasonable enough when you separate them from
their group of friends.

10. You Give Everything Out During Dating: As a single
lady who has not been taken to the altar, you need to
reserve some things for your husband to be, especially
your body, respect and preserve it at all cost. In the past,
men
rushed to marry so as to get certain things or privileges
they had been constantly denied while being single. Such
privileges include and not limited to: constant s3x and
companionship, good food and tidied home. But today, a
single man
gets even the best and of course more of constant s3x,
good food and excellent home-keeping more than his
married counterparts, so tell me, how the hell do you
expect him to get the desire of marrying you when you
have given him virtually everything he desires from a
wife while being his girlfriend? And the most painful part
of it all is that he knows that you are prepared to cut
down on s3x supply, cooking, home-keeping once he
marries you, so why would he not want you to remain his
girlfriend for life?

11. You Package Yourself Wrongly: In your attempt to
look s3xy, adorable and maybe appealing to guys, you
have derailed from appealing to appalling. In fact you
look more whorish than modest, more dis-tractive than
attractive, and more disgusting than adorable. Your
dressing style determines who gets attracted to you
most of the times. If you dress high school, only high
school-thinking guys will be attracted to you, and if you
dress excessively s3xy and provocative, only randy men
will come to you for urgent satisfaction of their
immediate s3x urge.

12. You Lack Manner, Character, Wisdom and Good
Home Upbringing: Definitely, you are a ‘hot girl’, a
‘pretty girl’, a ‘s3xy girl’. Looks will win you so many
men, both good and bad, but your inner beauty, your
character and manner are the greatest things that will
determine whether any of these men will stay or run
after accomplishing their evil missions.

13. You Are A Liability: In as much as we know that the
present economy of the world in general is harsh, men
and society in general careless about how you react to
this situation. Meaning? You are from a poor family
background, and you have no job or you are earning
below $500 a month but you want to wear designer
clothes, shoes, jewellery and perfume. You also want to
carry Prada and Gucci hand bags. Who is going to foot
the bills?
There are zillions of decent and honourable things you
can do as a single lady to at least meet your own
financial needs without slεεping around with men or
depending on one man to supply all your needs. Finally,
cut your skirt according to your length. You are from a
poor family, your parents earn below $500 a month, but
you want to look like Rihanna, wear the same clothes she
wears, you want to live a similar life Beyonce lives, and
you want to dine in the costliest hotels and restaurants,
and you are jobless or you are earning below $500 a
month. Now tell me sincerely, how is it possible to
achieve this foolish goal without patronizing immoral
lifestyle to meet the insatiable demands?

14. Your Role Models Are Totally Strange And Bad! If
you want to be a great woman tomorrow, start now to
emulate great women- study their foot paths, their
lifestyle, their ways of life and try to inculcate their
lifestyle into your bad habits- poor manner and laziness
in you. Stop looking up to music stars and fake celebrity
ladies as your only role model in life. Please wake up
before you end up single for life, for which I pray not.

First of all I want to say a big thank you to all the senior mamas and everyone else. Though I was a silent follower but it all was always fun reading your comments guess u were all supportive during my pushing days. From Lovinam, bedam, tchiwinnie, mytestimoney, clinik, proudmom, hajarabadmus, keffy4bill, modath,Infact I can't mention all the names but u all were wonderful.
Labor started Wednesday afternoon but it wasn't consistent as the pain was just at the front below my navel, I want to the hospital dat evening and was 2cm so the nurse asked me to go and come back because I just strolled casually without my bag or any delivery stuff. All through Thursday it was just mild contractions so I decided to take long walk. Friday around 12 noon I noticed stronger contractions of about 30 minutes apart. At this time, I was yet to see water so as per FTM I was keen on seeing it even though I had seen clear show Tuesday night. At about 9pm the pain was becoming quite unbearable but the contraction were still not so close so the fear of hospital bed made decide to sleep in my house that night cos I have phobia for hospital. Around 12 am I was awaken by pain so I decided to time the contraction, btw 2and 3am had well over 6 contractions so I knew it was time. Took my bag and left for the hospital.
congratulations, God bless u and lo.... Come and finish u r bs oooo

FamilyEleven Year Old Girl Pregnant, Refuses To Abort by Biliamin(op): 6:17pm On May 09, 2015
The case revealed on Thursday, an 11-year-
old girl, pregnant and not wanting an
abortion, has created controversy in
Uruguay, while in Paraguay; the pregnancy of
a 10-year-old girl raises a question for
public.

In Uruguay, the girl became pregnant the
grandfather of his half-sister, aged 41,
during the frequent visits of the latter to the
family home in Montevideo, explained
sources close to the case who requested
anonymity. “It was during these visits that
occurred abuse from adults,” the sources
said.

The girl, now about 16 weeks pregnant, is
hospitalized in the pediatric ward of the
Pereira Rosell hospital in the capital.
She does not want an abortion.

Uruguay has legalized abortion up to 12
weeks gestation in 2013, after decades of
debate on the subject. The law allows, in
cases of rape, abortion up to 14 weeks.
According to sources close to the family, the
girl has a slight mental retardation and
learning problems, but she was not
recognized as disabled.

Medical reports, cited by the local press,
confirm that the girl “has not the capacity to
understand the consequences of pregnancy,
motherhood and relationship with a man
three times her age,” noting the “late, at
least light” she presents mentally.

TravelHELP: How Can He Get Back His Passport From SA Embassy by Biliamin(op): 10:09pm On May 06, 2015
It will be a month this weekend that he applied for a South Africa visa at VFS office in Lekki(VIP). It was meant to be for a business meeting but since then he has not heard from them. Now the meeting date has passed (this Monday) and till now no positive info from them

Two of his colleagues applied for the same visa 2 weeks after he applied, they were both invited to pick their passports 4 working days after submission. He went there un-invited the day his colleagues were asked to pick theirs but was told the visa was not ready.

He has missed another visa interview due to non release of his passport by the Embassy. He has sent series of mails to both VFS and SA embassy, VFS replied twice, yesterday being the second time, that the visa was still under processing at the SA embassy that he would be notified immediately it's ready.

He does not want to continue to wait especially because the meeting date has passed. even if they finally issued the visa, it is of no use.

Please how can he get his passport with or without SA visa
