I have two laptops running on vista and I have starcomms broadband EVDO usb modem

I would like to share the connection with one as host, I have tried all settings ( Its obviously not as easy as connecting 2 XP systems)
The connection does not just work, Both laptops can see themselves and are enabled for file sharing but the internet connection is not shared

banks don't just COUNT money, there are other specialized roles other than cash tellers and customer service, besides Engineers may be needed in departments such as IT.

It's sometimes good to be flexible wen it come to professional career, becos u read engineering does not mean u must practice engineering, we've seen professionals excel outside their field.

Also, when it comes to pay, would you rather earn pea nuts (and die) in a so called Engineering field rather than settling for better outside your field. Besides some Engineers core interests may not exactly be rooted in enginerring, it may span even up to marketing.

Just pursue were your interest is, weather the motivation is money or process, u derive more fulfilment and hence excel.

If making money was so easy, we would have all been billionaires. Your friend obviously did not do any research on his own before handing over his money to one who can DO THE MAGIC. And the rediculous returns on investment are hardly believable (y would he believe he can make 300k pounds a DAY, haba)!

Forex is a very risky form of investment and NOT suitable for just everybody, your friend should have done some online research himself. I laugh when I see posters and hand bills claiming you will start making money after a meager 3 day seminar. Forex is easier to teach than PRACTICE (successfully trade) and less than 10-15% are actually making it in the forex. People just feel they can attend a weekend course and start making money.

I have been studying the Forex (and still studying it) for close to 14months and I can't comfortably say I'm there yet. One of the first things that happen to rookie (new) traders that just load their account and start, is that they end up getting wipped out. At least that has happened to me once (but its all part of the learning). It takes a lot to be a successful trader, some common attritutes are

Passion: you MUST have passion for trading currencies (and not just because u want to make money) Money is the last thing u think about when venturing into the forex.

Discipline: you must be very patient and descipline

Time - Study - Hard work: it takes some trader up to 4 yrs oothers 1-2yrs before they start recording consistency in their trading, and this would be after gruelling study, hard work and dedication.

As I say don't trade if u need the money badly, it would just affect ur progress -vely. Forex is 40-60% psychological.
Well some of the things I did to get me here are:

-Studying the basics and farmilliarizing myself with terms and meanings of any and every word related to the forex (on a technical and fundamental level)

- Took up a one- on one course with my forex trader friend who was recording appreciable results

-Bought and orders some traing courses locally and abroad (canada-UK).

- Registered and signed-up for an online forex mentorship program

-Got home internet connection ( trade from a Cafe? YOU must be joking)

-Demo traded, moved to a live account when i tot I was ok, then moved back to a demo when i got wipped out, Learned some more. Operated a live account side by side a demo

-Recieve daily updates and lessons on market behaviour and biaz on different currency pairs


FOREX is no Joke, it is a business, and just like any other you cannot skip the learning process. PASSION will drive everything and is essential to your progress.

I heard of someone who DEMO TRADED for about 36months before placing her first LIVE trade. I someone wants to make money after 2 weeks of introduction.

If your fiend is passionate enough, he will continue loosing money is most times part of your learning. If u intend to go live for the first time, pls do it with a small account (so it does'nt hurt that much).
