Are u thinkin of bringing your cert to work in the states? If thats it, it can't work.. Only if you can boost it up with a master degree, and it must be done here in the states. As for the job, I dont know if you'll get a job but maybe if you can do your masters in either physics careers in healthcare or physics career in technology. You might have a 50/50 % of getting a job.

I dont know the availability of cisco hardware where you are but I will suggest using GNS3 . in that way you can scale to a higher number of devices as need be. on the other hand, if you have 4 routers and 3 switches, you should be ok. the reason for saying 4 routers is so that you can setup hub and spoke dmvpn and be able to simulate different routing protocol and do a redistribution.

DanIndia here. I'm planning to start a study group on Cisco certifications... as of now, it will be purely basic stuffs - CCNA topics mostly.
If anyone is interested in participating and is up for some hardcore hours labbing and has a laptop with the required specifications to run GNS3 and Packet Tracer, and is looking to motivate others, learn with others then comment on this thread and let me know if you're interested.

local guarantor should be the one that sponsor your visa...in your case you dont need a local guarantor rather contact the conference organiser about your arrival. They should be one to answer any question if they wish to call.

saw another school that only needed u to send ur scanned original document to them... they never mentioned anything about notarization even when I asked... all they wanted was a scanned original certificates

Lol just 5weeks? Welcome to Nigeria, where we don't have light for 3 years and we still feel it's normal.

It's so wrong to keep a hospital with the health personnel without light, Mr President you need to fix this PHCN and their outrageous electricity bills.

If the school administration squandered the bill they should be held accountable for it.

I wish our president will stop travelling and pay attention to our problems!

Yes, the thread is alive but the Cisco studies thingy was planned a while back and that was covered. I'm not sure when I'll have time for this again since I have other courses I'm currently working on. I am sure members who are currently subscribed to this thread will be willing to help. And you can do some research yourself - I'm pretty sure you'll come with a whole lot of resources to do some self study online
