Islam › Rashid Khalifa's Trick Exposed by bilms(op): 3:44pm On Jan 13, 2010
Rashid Khalifa's Trick

The trick Rashad is to corrupt people using his corrupt translation, let's examine it ourself.

YUSUF ALI -- 2:30] Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I will create a vicegerent on earth." They said: "Wilt Thou place therein one who will make mischief therein and shed blood?- whilst we do celebrate Thy praises and glorify Thy holy (name)?" He said: "I know what ye know not."

RASHAD -- 2:30] Recall that your Lord said to the angels, "I am placing a representative (a temporary god) on Earth." They said, "Will You place therein one who will spread evil therein and shed blood, while we sing Your praises, glorify You, and uphold Your absolute authority?" He said, "I know what you do not know."

His claim From" Quran: The Final Testament" p.640

[The word "Rashad" occurs in 40:29 & 38. The word "Khalifa" occurs in 2:30 and 38:26. The first "Khalifa", namely, Satan, while the second occurence (Sura 38), refers to a human "Khalifa". If we add the numbers of suras and verses of "Rashad" (40:29,38) and "Khalifa" (38:26) we get 40+29+38+38+26=171=19x9]

Interestingly, the translation by Rashad for Surah Al-Baqarah ayat 30 said that Allah wants to put a representative which is Satan and in parenthesis TEMPORARY GOD! Masha Allah!!! May Allah curse him!!! How could he called Satan a temporary God. God is ONE and ALWAYS ONE. SATAN IS ALWAYS HIS CREATION!!!! Secondly, is it Satan or us? Does satan shed blood? No, he wispers to the breast of the people, but not Satan himself killed people. Are we destined to be on earth? Are we the Khalifa on earth or Satan?

If you look carefully, you will see that in order to find a multiple of 19, he changed the meaning of Quran, and therefore those who read his translation will doom to disbelief. I have a question, don't you think that this is the work of Satan. Satan really likes to seek people to disbelief. Satan really likes to seek people to worship him. Satan really likes us to think he is God. Don't you think it is what Rashad did in that verse?

This is a warning to those who believe in Rashad. If you believe in Allah, then follow which one is the TRUTH.

If Allah is willing, I will continue. May Allah spread peace. May Allah gives Light to the Truth and May Allah distinguish the Truth and the False.

Since Rashad's philosophy is to destroy the belief in Sunnah and Hadith, so he sought to misinterpret the meaning of Hadith to those non-Arabic speaker or at least those who knows nothing in Arabic. let's examine.

RASHAD 7:185] ", Does it ever occur to them that the end of their life may be near? Which HADITH, beside this, do they believe in?"

YUSUF ALI 7:185]", (Do they not see) that it may well be that their terms is nigh drawing to an end? In what MESSAGE after this will they then believe?"

Arabic 7:185] Fabiayyee HADITHim ba'dahoo yu'minoon.

You realize that the word Hadith is in fact in the verse but you must remember that Hadith means speech, or saying.

let's examine a little bit more.

RASHAD 68:44] "Therefore, let Me deal with those who reject this Hadith; we will lead them on whence they never perceive.

YUSUF ALI 68:44] Then leave Me alone with such as reject this MESSAGE; by degrees shall We punish them from directions they perceive not.

ARABIC 68:44]fazarnee waman yukathibubihaa thalHADITHi sanastadrijuhum, "

and again, the WORD HADITH has been used in it. If you read it carefully, you will the discover the the MESSAGE Allah is talking about is the Quran, the Message of Allah.

There are a lot more words of Hadith with he transliterate them to confuse others and with my amazement he didn't translate some of them because he knew if he did, they would be questioned, let's look at it.

YUSUFALI 56:81] Is it such a MESSAGE that ye would hold in light esteem?

RASHAD 56:81] Are you disregarding this NARRATION?

ARABIC 56:81]Afabihaathal HADITHi antum mudhinoon.

You could see here that Rashad didn't transliterate them to be Hadith, but NARRATION. Why is that, I wonder? do you see some inconsistency. Alhamdulillah, Allah has shown the one of the tricks of him. That is not the only verse in his translation that he hid the word Hadith to be narration where he could. there are numerous places. SO BEWARE.

some people just talk without actually knowing what they are saying,

first: i apologize to all d good ladies in d house for d generalization,

but this is what i mean by evil,

1. Morally bad or wrong; wicked

I know this lady personally and i like her, and if i wasn't there that night,i wouldn't believe my friend,

my friend tried to know her and to d best of our knowledge, she was a good girl, it was after knowing that d devotion came, so they played along, she was to decent to be deceiving him all dis long, i don't know if u guys really understand this but what she did is much more than my expression,

d guy is in a big emotional disorder, he was seriously hurt because he still think he got up from a dream, he trusted her with his life but she have been deceiving him for d past for years, isn't that evil?

2. Causing ruin, injury, or pain; harmful

she ruin him, cause a harmful injury and pain to his heart, he keeps talking abt what he planned and hw he just lost them to d situation,

i am sorry if i hv to offend some ladies by my conclusion here, but to be candid, i don't know how else to put it,

My friend has been dating a lady for d past 4 years now,

At least, they see each other 5 times in a week, and some time more. this made there relationship more strong i guess,

My friend is really proud of this lady because of her decent and good behavior, she is a muslim, and she try as much as possible to perform her 5 daily prayers, even my friend find it hard to do so some times,

she doesn't drink or smoke, but some times, my friend try to feed her with don Simon and she usually complain abt not wantn to drink it bcs she believe its bad, but at least she drink to please him some times,

this has been going on for d past 4years now and my friend has concluded he his going to marry her,
'
but just last week, a friend invited us to d bachelor eve of his friend,

so we went there, but upon getting there, i had a call for an important outing so i had to leave them there since its an overnight party, my friend stayed all day having fun with d others,

So when i came back around 10 pm to join d party,d organizer of d event brought in some contract ladies to make d gathering cool for d night,

just directly opposite me come my friends fiance, dressed in a crazy way, almost unclothed, light up cigirate and step it up with a star drink, she was a little far away so i wasn't sure if i was mistaken her some someone else, i stood up and walk closer to see if she was d same person i know and i confirmed her to be,

when she saw me, she was very shock and she started begging me to cover her, and i said he his here also, here my friend come, he was looking at her like ghost, still holding her cigerate and a bottle of star still in her front and of course her dressn still intact,

d whole night was a bad one for all of us,

now my question is this, i don't want to believe she has been disguising for 4years despite d closeness,

ladies are evil

A pastor entered a class as the lesson was in progress and asked, "Who broke down the walls of Jericho?" A lad answered, "Not me, sir." The pastor turned to the teacher and asked, "Is this the usual behavior in this class?" The teacher replied, "I believe this boy is an honest boy, and I really don't think he did it." Leaving the room, the pastor sought out a deacon and explained what had happened. The deacon said, "I have known both the boy and the teacher for several years, and neither of them would do such a thing." By this time the pastor was heartsick and reported the incident to the Christian Education Committee. They said, "We see no point in making an issue out of this thing. Let's pay the bill for the damage to the walls and charge it to upkeep.

Islam › Re: Moderation, The Way Of Islam by bilms(op): 12:53pm On Jan 08, 2010
the teachings of Islam are balanced in all of their aspects. Even though Islam is an all-encompassing way of life, it preaches moderation and rejects extremism. On the one hand, Islam does not preach complete rejection of all worldly pleasures in view of the life hereafter; and on the other hand it does not teach that earthly life is only for pleasure and enjoyment. In Islam, wealth and worldly pleasures can be partaken of in this life as long as they are enjoyed in a way that is in obedience to God. However, Muslims are taught to keep in mind that the life hereafter is their ultimate goal, and therefore one should be charitable and not become too attached to worldly things. It rejects all man-made religious excesses, such as certain forms of monasticism where people try to completely "reject the world" and other forms of extreme self-denial. Islam teaches that human beings have responsibilities at all levels -- to other individuals, to their families and to society as a whole.
Islam › Moderation, The Way Of Islam by bilms(op): 12:51pm On Jan 08, 2010
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

We thank and praise Allah SWT, Who prescribes moderation as the ideal way in our dealings and as a means of attaining socio-economic growth and stability. I bear witness that there is no god worthy of worship but Allah -- Whose dn guarantees social and material security for all its followers.

I bear witness that Prophet Muhammad (saws) is the Messenger of Allah, who encouraged Muslims to shun extremes and to be moderate in every facet of life. O Allah, shower Your choicest blessings on him, his noble Companions and relatives… all those who preferred humility to pride and arrogance.

Allah SWT enjoins in the Holy Qur'n:

"Thus have We made of you an Ummah, Justly balanced, that you might be witnesses over the nations. "

Quran (2: 143)

Brothers and Sisters in Islam

A question most frequently asked when Muslims meet, is: Why are we so divided today? And almost in the same breath we venture reasons and solutions straight from sociology textbooks or try to justify the division as unity in diversity to quote the hackneyed phrase! Common sense tells us that the more we discard our human values -- the values prescribed by Allah SWT and exemplified by His Prophet Muhammad (saws), the more we estrange ourselves from one another ans destroy the coherence of the ummah.

We often wrongly emulate what we perceive as "commendable values" only to find ourselves moving further from the mainstream of the community. One such perception is the so-called the bigger-the better-syndrome which dictates our mode of functioning. Extremism is a new sickness that seems to plague us individually and collectively in relationships with one another. We express extremes in our interpersonal behaviour, extremes in our lifestyles, extremes in our habits, like eating and sleeping and even talking, extremes in our interpretation of our dn or political ideals, extremes in our expectations of our children's abilities and many, many more.

These extremes are often not related to natural, God-given values and make it difficult for anyone…even our closest kin… to live in peace and harmony with us. In this khutbah we hope, insha-Allah, to look at and rid ourselves of this scourge, which threatens our survival as an ummah.

In the above verse of the Holy Qur'n, Allah SWT offers us a clear direction on our stand in life: to be justly balanced in everything that we do ! Only then, says Allah, can we truly be witnesses over the nations . Parties often argue with one another because they hold extremely opposite views and refuse to compromise and accommodate each other's views. It is only an outsider who is just that can bring them back to reason and make them realise their faults.

How often do we not suffer untold misery because of our excessive practices? Do we constantly have to blame market forces or use other capitalist euphemisms to justify our excessive spending? Sure, everyone loves a beautiful home, but do we have to land ourselves into financial difficulty and subject our families to humiliation and ridicule to acquire one? We would all love to have the beautiful things in life …and why not -- most of them are free. But let us plan and budget carefully, even if it means taking longer to get the things we want. Allah SWT advises us in the Holy Qur'n on the management of our spending:

"Those who, when they spend, are not extravagant and not niggardly,But hold a just balance between

those extremes…, " (25: 67)

The secret of success in any effort lies in our ability to keep a "just balance" between the extremes. There are some of us who are by the means to eat or dress properly, but we are thrifty to the extreme -- to the extent that we starve ourselves and our families and dress like tramps. Once again let us keep the just balance between the extremes of extravagance and stinginess. We are reminded of the Hadth in which Prophet Muhammad saws advises the ummah to dress according to their means. Abul Ahws reported from his father who said: "I came from the Messenger of Allah while there was a torn cloth on my person. Raslullah saws asked: "Do you have wealth ?" "Yes," said I. He asked: "What wealth do you have?" "Every kind of wealth," replied I, "Allah has given me camels, cows, sheep, horses and slaves." Raslullah saws said: "When Allah has given you wealth, let the signs of the gifts of Allah and Allah's generosity be shown upon your person." (Nisa-i)

In another Hadth Raslullah saws said: "The generous man is near Allah, near the Jannah (Paradise), near the people, and far from the Jahannam (Hell); and the ignorant charitable man is dearer to Allah than the pious miser." (Tirmizi)

In our 'ibdt, the extremes in which we express our piety may well nullify our efforts. Let us consider the person who reads the Qur'n so loudly in the mosque that his/her reading disturbs the mussallee next to him/her--similarly, a mussallee who recites his/her prayers so loudly that it distracts others around him/her. Hence Allah SWT reminds us:

"……, neither speak your prayer aloud, nor speak it in a low tone, but seek a middle course between."

(Q. XVII:110)

And speaking of solh, how often do we not miss our fajr (morning) prayer because we overslept (excessive sleep). On a lighter note, a visiting lecturer to Cape Town was asked for his observation of the Muslims of the city. His comments were that we eat too much, hence many of us are overweight; we talk too much, hence we often find ourselves in trouble; and we sleep too much, hence we are often late for our fajr prayers. I'm sure that if he had stayed longer he would have had a longer list! The Golden Rule is once again moderation. Let us consider the wisdom of Luqman as he addresses his son, as Allah SWT describes it in the Holy Qur'n:

"And swell not your cheek (for pride) at men, nor walk in insolence through the earth; for Allah loves not the arrogant boaster. And be moderate in your pace, and lower your voice; for the harshest of sounds without doubt is the braying of the ass."

(S31: 18-19)

How true do these words not ring out when we think of those around us: the boaster and his/her despicable arrogance or the loud-mouth outbraying an ass! Not only are they despised by people but by Allah! Moderation is the middle way. 'Alama Yusuf 'Ali, in his comments on these Quranic verses, says: "In all things be moderate. Do not go the pace, and do not be stationary or slow. Do not be talkative and do not be silent. Do not be loud and do not be timid or half-hearted. Do not be too confident, and do not be cowed down." So often we remind ourselves of the limits of our modesty in dressing, but we forget to remind ourselves of the undignified use of our voices in public. Many of us have forgotten how to laugh. It is reported that, when Prophet Muhammad saws laughed, it was hardly audible.

Another equally despicable practice among some of us is to appear self-righteous or religious and to regard all those who do not subscribe to our ideas, as lesser beings or being outside the fold of Islam. It is true that Allah commands us to enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. But let us not overstep the authority given to us by Allah SWT by humiliating and hurting the feelings of those that see and interpret things differently. Allah is the ONLY Authority on HIS Qur'an and HIS dn. Our interpretations are subject to our limited human understanding and intellectual capacities. This is precisely what we are warned against in the Holy Qur'an:

"O you who believe! Make not unlawful the good things which Allah has made lawful for you, but Commit no excess: for Allah loves not those given to excess." (S.5: 87)

To be tolerant is to adopt a moderate, balanced attitude towards a person or an idea. Even if we don't agree with a brother or sister, we can at least control our emotions and give him or her the right to say his or her piece. Why upset ourselves with those around us if they do not see things our way or move around too slowly or speak too softly for our liking (perhaps through old age)? Why should we and our likes and dislikes become criteria for judging others? Have we become too important, too learned to give our attention to those in need of our help. Once again, be careful: don't become self-righteous …let's not become an ummah unto ourselves, cut off from the rest of humankind. Let us rather be tolerant of one another by controlling our emotions and being consistent in all our actions. This is not such a difficult task. In fact, in a Hadth, Prophet Muhammad saws narrated by Bukhari, Abu Hurraira reported that the Messenger of Allah saws said: "The dn is easy, and nobody make it difficult…it will overcome him/her. So be steadfast and seek Allah's Nearness. Give good news and seek help at morn and at dusk and some part of a dark night." (Bukhari)

In another Hadth, S. Ayesha reported that the Messenger of Allah saws said: "The most pleasing of actions to Allah is that which is done continuously (consistently) though it be little." In this Hadth, Raslullh saws gives us the secret of moderation and success, which is consistency and steadfastness. Do a little at a time, but do it continuously or regularly. Let our students or even our athletes struggling to get fit, take a lesson from this Hadth -- do a little at a time…but be consistent. How much wisdom is there not in the nursery school ditty?

"Little drops of water,

Little grains of sand,

Make the mighty ocean and the mighty land…."

And finally, Brothers and Sisters

I will be failing in my duty if I do not remind myself and you of a potentially destructive extreme we often resort to in our relationship with our friends and more especially with our children. We expect too much of them…to the extent that we fail to see their real qualities. When our little daughter puts on her mother's clothes, she is not being stupid or exhibitionist, just a little child learning through her fantasies. When our son at College or high school does not get an A-pass in mathematics, he is no less human than his friend who did get it. Our expectations must consider reality, not the reality we choose to create in our minds, but the reality that IS. Our expectations must be rooted in patience and constancy. How beautifully the Qur'an expresses this simple truth:

"And join together in mutual

teaching of Truth, and of Patience

and Constancy." (S.103: 3)

Let us remember that we are part of Allah's creation and have a duty to harmonise our will with the rest of creation. Only when we are able to do this and to live in peace and harmony with one another, then are we ready to submit ourselves fully and unconditionally to the Will of Allah. Then and only then, can we take up our place as Allah's Vicegerent on Earth.

Hadth: Ibn Mas'ud reported that the Messenger of Allah said: "Nobody who has faith in his heart to the weight of the mustard seed, shall enter Hell; and nobody who has pride in his heart to the weight of the mustard seed, shall enter Paradise." (Muslim).
Politics › Islam Fights Extremism In Uk Prisons by bilms(op): 12:44pm On Jan 08, 2010
London, January 07: Religious lectures given by imams to Muslim inmates in British jails are seen by many as the best means to tackle prisoners’ vulnerability to extremism and radicalization.

"I've changed a lot since I started coming here," Abu Ahtsham (not his real name), 21, told.

The British Muslim, who serves his sentence in Aylesbury Young Offender Institution (YOI) in Buckinghamshire, is one of many inmates who attend religious lectures by prison Imam Abdul Dayan twice a week.

Imam Abdul Dayan has been conducting sessions in the prison for eight years, believes Islam can safeguard prisoners from falling to extreme views.

"Islam is your guiding force. But, without understanding, a book can confuse you," he says.

"If people aren't contained by their religion, they go to extremes, and that can become destructive."

Kimmett Edgar, head of research at the Prison Reform Trust, agrees.

"When new inmates reach the prison gates, they are vulnerable to extremist influences – be that Islamic extremism or British nationalism," he notes.

"If you give them what they need to practice their faith in a mainstream way, they will be less vulnerable to extreme forms."

In a recent report, the Prisons Inspectorate found that 70 percent of Muslim prisoners at Aylesbury felt that their beliefs were respected, compared to just 54 percent from other religions.

There are currently almost 10,000 Muslim prisoners in Britain, which is home to a sizable Muslim minority of nearly 2 million.

Changing Lives

Imam Dayan believes that religion sessions are making a real difference in prisoners’ lives.

"It's admirable that people labeled as convicts and gangsters come here and spend their time sitting and reading," he says.

"It humbles me when they memorize the Qur'an and emulate its goodness."

Ahtsham, who was sentenced for drug dealing, is a case in point.

He sits in the sessions with other inmates to study the Qura’n and discuss how they might draw upon its verses in their daily lives.

"The imam always finds a way of doing things right. If I had a problem with someone on the wing, I used to end up in a fight," he recalls.

"Now I come to the imam and he tells me how to do things differently."

Ahtsham is focusing more on understanding his religion as a source of reformation.

"I didn't think I was hurting people by dealing drugs, but now I've come to think differently.

"You only realize how important faith is when everything else is taken away."

i love this two guys and i do listen to them both,

although music is not all about meaniful lyrics, but still meaniful lyrics speak for music,

saheed is too good to be put below pasuma, and pasuma is full of skills too,

but i will say, saheed is d best and pasuma is better,

y because saheed gat danceable songs and meaniful lyrics why pasuma is all about dance
