You are right and wrong! It depends on which point you connected that road. I am aware and saw RCC in action at the upper mission junction axis of that road. I travelled from BENIN through Upper Mission Road to Kabba via Okene two weeks ago and saw RCC there in action. Other sections of the road are quiet and almost non-motorable.

Hmmmm... With my experiences with single mothers, I can never recommend any of them to my least friend/enemy. They can go extra miles to make a guy to completely fall in love with them. They can go extra mile by pretending to be what they are not. Most of them are even with worst characters and also fetish when it comes to Love and relationship issues.
