well if we say we want women in govt and the ones in govt will behave like this, without the women who want to be in govt saying anytin or takin any action then i guess women are not ready to be in govt neither can they bail the country out of the mess it is in rather they will add more to the corruption by adding to the country's expenditure with buying all the women stuff with govt money

there is stress involved in building in any part of the country.
for those that are intrested in building in abuja i will advice if u have the money it will be better to build within the town becos if the return on investment but we are talking of nothing less than 40 million with cost of land inclusive
another way is to buy a house then finish to your taste
also there are so many cheap estates up for sale that starts from about 7.5 million u can buy and suit to ur taste
presently i have a plot up for sales within the town at 6.5 million around a place called Nicon Junction.
well cost of building labour is higher here than other parts of the country but for any one who want to build i can assure you of good and excellent job just contact me thru mail

as earlier said we need to know what u want to market as there are some products that giving out free samples can be a good start for marketing

i will say sweet and happy relationships exist and not perfect becos when u say something is perfect u are saying it does not have a defect in anyway , inside out.
relationships will always have its bitter moments becos of the differences in the individuals involved but the sweetnees comes in when u can tolerate the other person and love them despite thier weekness thats is when the person can become close to perfect in ur eyes. theres a say ing that goes thus: "nobody is perfect until we fall in love with them"
u can make ur relationship tend towards perfect if u take time to work on it, but u will need alot of patience cos atimes it will seem atimes that ur efforts are just waste !!!!!!

ALCOHOL BASED CLEANSERS ARE NOT GOOD FOR THE FACE

if u can visit a dermatologist that will help but as some posters have rightly said; drink alot of water, eat alot of fruits, take enough rest and reduce ur intake on oily foods and junk food. also dont use the same soap you use on ur body for the face. use a separate soap for ur face and it can just be a mild one or use clean and clear by Johnsons & Johnsons, black opal soap the one with the purple pack.
