Can I choose NO then explain my predicament well on the extra information and cover letter?

If you put NO when you have a refusal, you're setting yourself up for a Ban. Just put the date you remember, they have their records and would investigate. You can further explain the situation in the space provided.

Please what time does TLS usually send emails. I did priority and today is day 5 already.�

Amen. Once the sponsors note has been added you have no problem. Did you mean Tier 2 general? Were you interviewed when you did biometrics? VI or Ikeja?

Yes Tier 2 General. No interview, just biometrics. They scanned the documents and returned to me. Ikeja

I tried to send an email, it directed me to the payment section. I have been unable to make payments with my Master card.

What type of visa is that? When did you did your biometrics? You can quickly inform your sponsor of this mistake so they can log in into your certificate of sponsorship profile to add sponsors note so the caseworker can see the correction on sponsors note section.

Thank you. It's tier 2, biometrics on Monday . My employer has added sponsors note. I was thinking since I submitted the printout, that's what they'll look at. Glad to know that they can view the correction online. God bless
