Fellow nlders,i need advice from people that have changed jobs successfullh.pls how do I take permission from my boss for interview.I'm currently seeking for another job because the pay is meagre.I have been getting invites for interviews.I don't know what other lie to tell to take permission. So he won't suspect and so that he will grant me.

Good day everyone, I did documentation and was invited for induction at Whyte Cleon office in Lagos. After the induction Whyte Cleon deployed 28 out of 35 candidates that can for the induction. Unfortunately I'm among those not deployed. We called and they are saying we should be patient. Please why where we not posting like the rest and is there really hope that we will be deployed? If yes when? Pls can anyone help with information because it's extremely frustrating

They didn't call me when they called my colleagues for medical....I received a text dat I should come for final documentation on Monday meanwhile my colleagues have done their documentation before then. They gave everyone of us offer letter....Then i told them i haven't bn givn guarantor forms and they ask me if I av done medical and I said no.......den dey collected d offer letter and dey gave me a letter to go to a particular lab for medical which I did. Even one of their staff(she work in the HR) said they dont know how dey omitted my name DAT I should quickly go for d medical. So I went there on tuesday and dey said i have to wait for d medical result den dey will call me. Now today is Thursday and I'm still expecting their call or text msg ooooooooo

It's seems u re familiar with thier sys,pls those of that has done documentation n medicals since last,is the job certain for us,or will they still call us,or have they forgotten us.
I thought when someone has done documentation and medicals,the person has gotten the job.

The pre induction training was the same day we went for documentation.it what they called it for us.

I pray that they don't delay with the way they rushed us.
