as usual same ol market
we play the ball, get the passes through but show impotencia when it matters most while the chavs do the opposite

can we all see the flaps of our keeper again and our SQ-KOS combination making unforgivable errors in the center
The Drog now has 13 in 13 against Arsenal. he always has a hardon when its the Gooners

duduspace wish i could see ur face
u hv a funny sense of humour and quite witty too which is y i cant reconcile that image i hv of u with that of a dogged Arsene fan.
u blv so much in him and his spin.

i hv always said it only one team can win a title but for lawds sake put a fight in it and mean it
fab4 always puts his heart innit every game but cant say the same for diaby, denilson.
sagna and clichy have regressed steadily over the last 3 seasons.
almunia is not just good enuff though i agree he tries.
arshavin is class but is easily let down by his team mates which is y he still puts in one goal and one assist in a 'poor' game
talking of plastic u ve forgotten rvp and walcott

interesting posts and counterposts
Nice one debo putting dudu in his place about the slip ups

We have slipped up thrice dude,

we could not beat a 10 man kop team, hold on to a goal at stade d light (+ missed penaytity) and finally lost at home to wba. (a perenial relegation/promotion team over the last lawd knows seasons)

a title contender does not make this slipups and if they did they would learn from it.
we are not

i agree only one team can win but dudespace, we are not even trying.

and since we are all the rest are plastic fans and u the only METALLIC fans , no vex

@saviola

his fault for not putting in a shift organising his defence
but if they speak in french it may not be his fault
until he leaves and we overhaul that defense we cant win anything

Specialist900:
this is just his first bleep-up of this season, cut the guy some slack.
yes lets be forgiving and before we know it, its bleepup number 40
in my book its his third match, against liverpool, sunderland and now wba

Specialist900:
the whole defence was totally in shambles today, if he is to be blamed it will be only for the second goal. A greater chunk of the blame should go to the defence.
hhow many times have we heard this before? if its not the defence, it is the keeper and if not the keeper we did not have a striker
i remember AW saying we were not balanced defensively and we saw a few moves by kokomaster and we were in orgasm
Wenger does not believe in defence!

Let me post from the last time we won the league the number of goals conceded and the winner of that year

2004
Champions: Arsenal : GA - 26
Position: 1st GA - 26

2005

2006
Champions:  Chelsea : GA - 22
Position: 4th GA - 31

2007
Champions: ManU : GA - 27
Position: 4th GA - 35

2008
Champions: ManU : GA - 22
Position: 4th GA - 31

2009
Champions: ManU : GA - 24
Position: 4th GA - 37

2010
Champions: Chelsea : GA - 32
Position: 3rd GA - 41
Our defence being poor is a constant K and we have conceded 237 goals and  averaged 33.9 goals over the last seven seasons.
The champions of the period have conceded 168 gols and averaged 24 goals. From a rule of thumb we conced say 9 goals too much every season and this is where an above average keeper will do us good!!!! We already have 7 gols this season
Last season Hahnemann of Wolves was ranked higher than Almunia in Castrol ranking. That is piss poor!! duduspace it is pisspoor
Reina was instrumental in making the Kops season not as bad as it shoulda been last season and so was Joe Hart for Bham.

A great keeper in my opinion is singularly instrumental in contributing 10 - 13 points to a team's kitty (this is the equiv of 3 wins and 2 draws)
we love this club but damn, this is not the way to go,

Arsene Wenger : Arsenal 'Deserved To Lose' To West Bromwich Albion
Manager refuses to blame Almunia for defeat,

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger gave an honest assessment of his side's poor performance against West Bromwich Albion today, by admitting that his side deserved to lose.

In the shock result of the day, West Brom surged into a 3-0 lead and also missed a penalty. Arsenal rallied late on with Samir Nasri scoring two late goals, but the Gunners never got going and deservedly fell to their first home defeat of the season.

"We deserved to lose the game," Wenger told Sky Sports News. "We were not up for it quality wise or concentration wise."

Despite saving a penalty midway through the first half, Manuel Almunia's goalkeeping skills came under question once again when he let Jara's tame shot squeeze into his near post to gift West Brom a two goal lead.

Yet Wenger refused to criticise his goalkeeper saying: "It would be too easy to discuss individual mistakes but I don't think any of the players were up to there usual level today. I feel we had a lack of concentration and at this level you pay for it."

With Chelsea losing 1-0 to Manchester City in the lunchtime kick-off at Eastlands, an Arsenal victory would have put the pressure on the league leaders, but Wenger doesn't think that the earlier result effected his team's perfomance.

"It isn't about what the others do, it's our performance that matters, we don't need to look at the results of other teams," Wenger said in his post match press conference.

"I didn't recognise my team today, we didn't deserve any points and we didn't get any."

Next up for Arsenal is the short trip to Stamford Bridge, which thanks to this result, is likely to prove pivotal if Arsenal are to maintain their hopes of lifting the Premier League trophy come May

Arsenal is just starting and it will get worse as this team is stil more of the same

Dr Kit has been right all along and so has Myles P, Wenger is a recidivist
Enjoy the good games and cry through the sad ones.
This team can not be great.

I hope it does not affect our champions league game so we can continue making the big bucks
i hope the chavs dont strafe us too much
WTF?You mean the type of leadership he's showing presently in Shitty? And what's leadership gotta do with today's game?

It hurts they equalized in the added secs of the added mins  undecided BUT there are a lot of positives to take from this game.A midfield of Jack Wilshere and Denilson played better than what we had 11 men on the field.

Kos and Schillaci did a marvelous job( 2 new players) it was unbelievable.I think we lost it(it feels more like a loss) the moment Chamakh didn't utilize his chance and Rozzi lost from penaity( ikpeba r) spot.

Damn i am pained right now. sad but kudos to the lad.
kay i agree u are pissed off but lets look at it this way

In every team i know there is a designated PK taker, free kick taker and someone who takes charge of stuff

i never knew rosicky was a vice captain.

debo, u dont have to be acidic in ur defence of chamakh but i dont believe he will score more than 15 goals iin the league, he has good hold up play and is fairly strong but he will still be bulled off the ball.
koscielny will be found out soon
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only by biolabee(m): 7:33pm On Sep 18, 2010
oga market is painful
funny i knew this once was going to happen it was sure when we lost that penalty
now chamakh has some knocks lets hope he can bounce back
see what kolo said when he said we have no leadership in the team. wenger runs a laissez faire sytle of play, discover urself BS
squillaci did well.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only by biolabee(m): 8:34pm On Sep 09, 2010
@biolabee
I ain't Wenger or Duduspace.
If you read my post well, you will see that I never implied Almunia was better than the keepers mentioned.
I only tried to show that even goalie's being quoted at 21 million pounds do make high profile mistakes.
Go and watch Reina's gaffe yesterday.
It was disastrous.
bros no be like that
i was just trying to state that a world class keeper is crucial to a championship winning team.
its true that keepers make mistakes,
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only by biolabee(m): 7:28pm On Sep 08, 2010
hnic are u sounding like duduspace or wenger?

eduardo, lloris, akinfeev or reina all defaecate on almunia,

the injury bug looms close, first nasri, then lansbury now van persie and walcott

now chamakh that cant score more than 13 goals in easy championat is the saviour cry cry cry cry cry cry

i pray we can make third to avoid UEFA CL play offs please let us pray
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only by biolabee(m): 11:43pm On Aug 31, 2010
yes it is insanity

only tw14 has increased the directness of his game and i wih he can do more in the box as he can easily get spot kicks

aa23 - still lazy
cesc - his mind no more there
diaby - still loses the ball due to over dribbling
clichy - always out of possession
same goal keepers
kokomaster <<<<< gallas
rvp - same 'injury-proneness'

what is the difference between 09/10 and 10/11 seasons?
someone tell me

its still the same flaccid, impotent way of play which just raises your bp and makes u cuss at the tv and at the players and at the oppositon cause you know they will kick our boys and score a last minute spotkick or our keeper will do a flapianski and throw the ball into his net.
the BB game was like we never went on summer break
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only by biolabee(m): 9:19pm On Aug 31, 2010
Interesting comments so far and and I will just step out of my burrow and go back in

1. This may be TW and Berba's season
2. We will not win the EPL
3. Chamakh will not score more than 15 goals this season
4. Fab4's mind will never be in it till he leaves the club
5. Flappymunia(Flapianski) will cop their customary 2 own goals and will eventually cost us the league
6. RvP will come back in time to be reinjured during the euro 2012 qualifiers
7. kokomaster will be so bullied that we will curse AW for buying such a weak defender

I felt so happy and still sad on Saturday that our best attacking forays came through Theo considering how he came looking of the England debacle spanking clean.

I think there is now more in her vindiction against her husband and her active attempts to demean him and even not caring about the plight of the nurse.

is she barren or having an affair?

Hopefully, the injury problems will be reduced next season otherwise its same ol same ol.
guy it will be the same ol same ol
with players like denilson, diaby, bendtner, a disheartened captain and a potentially crocked rvp (by euro qualifiers in sept/nov)

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only by biolabee(m): 5:46pm On Jul 21, 2010
sad but he will not be missed

i fear for rvp by the time the internationals of euro 2012 qualifying start he may not recover till late season
will nb52 be able to shrug off his injury and pair well with chamakh

vela is a pipe and i think i like the idea of jay simpson

kosielny is an ok player but i am not too optimistic with his partnership with tv5 as it will be one which is not experinced in the premier league and trouble starts for us when song gets his suspension from having 5 yellow cards

our defence dont typically concede 1 goal but 2 or 3 goals steadily when we collapse

we need one keeper one center back and a dm to help song.
that boy can not play 38 epl + 6 fa cup + 8 ucl = 52 games, he will burn out
we can fling denilson and diaby. they are overpaid and always injured anyways

craig will then understudy the dm and can play defence once in a while

i keep quiet again until the season starts.
