Was the seller's action right or wrong? I think that's open to debate. But were you duped? Absolutely No! As a matter of fact, you creating this thread with the fictious title is tantamount to cheap blackmail. You're older than this GAZZUZ! Grow the f*ck up!

Most of us in this country think we're smart but we actually do not look at the bigger picture. Look at you grinning from ear to ear after willfully breaching a binding contract and commtting theft.

If this matter gets to court, that little gain you think you made will not only be taken from you, that TV you will return it, cost of the legal action will be awarded against you and if you're not careful, you might even face criminal breach of trust.

I have had a seller do this thing to me and it pained me A LOT.

I have also had a situation where my friend was about leaving the country and she desperately sold some of her properties to an IG vendor. There was this particular item the vendor added a whooping 70k and it sold out. My friend was in pains for months.

So I understand you from a human perspective, but business is business. You should apologise, not taunt your repeat customer.

So, because it's GAZZUZ, all of you are trooping in like Al-majiri to castigate the seller? For the record, the seller didn't dupe him, he only sold to another buyer who outbid the childish GAZZUZ.

They both agreed on a deal (pending the time when the product will be delivered) and since the delivery schedule wasn't convenient for the seller, or perhaps he got a higher bid, he cancelled the order and refunded the buyer in full. What's the so-called scam there? Isn't business all about highest bidder any longer?


Several times I've bought stuff on JUMIA,paid and still cancel my order after finding it cheaper elsewhere. Business is business and nothing is final until the product gets to the customer's possession. And even at that, some customers still return the items. So, what's the whole hullabaloo about?

PS- this is the the third time this year that GAZZUZ will rush online to cry wolf. He needs to grow the f*ck up!

Do you know it would have made more sense if you refunded back the money immediately you recieved it? That would have cleared all iota of doubt on character defect. But no, you received "grudgingly" what was agreed as full value and then took another offer. That erodes any excuse you may think you have. Some people I know would have used you to do practicals if you attempt this with them, even if it would cost them more than the amount involved.

This is the problem I have with stockpiling. It gives the seller the opportunity to change his or her mind or the goods could get damaged. But you should know buyer only left it with you out of trust. You were with the TV and the money. That is trust. You don’t break it. Let’s forget the legal perspective.
