This laptop sells for $900 on eBay, that's around =N=540,000 excluding shipping. Clearance sale doesn't mean everyone must be able to afford it.

This further adds to what I suspect. They are overwhelmed. I need to find a solution to this whether it's to close down for a while so they can catch up, retrain and reopen on an appointment only basis or put a cap on jobs that are taken in, something. Thank you for this additional information.

Apart from my issue, You said the 10k diagnosis fee is deducted from bill, but this is not my case.
