Can I get the software...l have tried the method with the various software I have but the decoder is not recognising them

I upgrade my cast 8 pro extra with a wrong software, the decoder have refuse to booth normally and it is displaying this information below...please who can help me revive it / where i can do it Abuja or any information on how to revive it

Pls my csat c8 pro extra..refuse to boot & is saying unauthorised on the screen..
I have download the software & put it inside the scandisk and rename it..
I put it in the USB port, as I power on the decoder & I press the menu bottom 8times & it when to uploading mode
But decoder still refuse to see the scandisk/software & upgrade
What else can I do, to revive the decoder.

to track nilesat 7west......first track dstv with 11900/27500h, input the freq 10990/27500H den you will turn the dish to the opposite direction of dstv (180 degree)....fine tune your dish around that area, you will definately get it. Nilesat 7w dish is opposite dstv dish direction

am currently watching ..........gotham season 1, blindspot, hero reborn, empire 3, quantico and i have completed banshee season 3,game of throne 5, blacklist 1.......tried limitless, scream queen, mr robot, fear the walking dead,bastard executioner,true detective, master of sex, the massenger, whisper and got bored with it.
