It has been tested sir. Some of our staff confirmed it in the office last month grin grin
Until Itel upgrades their phones and gets rid of the bug that keeps hiding and deleting ones contacts, even if they give them out for free, I'd never buy that product again. I am still regretting the 1516 plus I bought. Thank God sef it got stolen.

@afam4eva I currently stay in the east but have gotten tired of the environment. Thus I need a change of environment.

A quiet simple place where there's light and things are not too expensive (I don't like being ripped off) angry grin

Nice and safe neighborhood.

Oluyole estate, bodija, Akobo

Light at Akobo is more regular, though the roads are bad, but they are currently been fixed.

4 bedrooms around this areas should be around, 400 - 500k

5bed rooms 500 -

. BTW, there is a new 5 bedroom duplex in my compound @Akobo
Very safe neighborhood and Atleast 19hrs daily electricity.

Ibadan is Lagos without the traffic and bustling, things are cheaper too. If you want a calm, silent life, then Ibadan it is. I served here last year and stayed back. I like it here, Atleast for now.

Hi people Good day. I'm considering relocating to Ibadan and I want help with some logistics.

1. I need a nice safe location where there's constant light. Somewhere like around the University.

2. Good accommodation. Like how much should I budget for a 4 bedroom flat or can I get a 5 bedroom flat?

Lastly if you are a housing agent in Ibadan, kindly ring me up or message me via my signature.

Also if any advice or something to take note of, kindly help me. Thanks!
Thanks

I apologize for my other comments, I do believe in domino effect that
a positive step taken in one direction may affect others, if
we adhere to our "everything goes" mentality because there are
bigger problems, we may never rise from our self-dug pit.

I also have problem with people going to jail, but I don't think
anyone will ever be jailed for such, it will likely end in fine and
the disordered party will get the message, same
way lagos handles its disorderly drivers, even though its law stipulates
jail terms.
No problem. I apologize for my earlier rash comments. I understand you. Hopefully by the grace of God, we'd get there some day.

I knew you were a kid-adult, praising chaos and condemning order,
it is a shame that a thought that should be discouraged even in kids
is being championed by an adult.

If you hate order just move to a deep jungle or somalia,
where you won't need to follow any rule, in a civilised society,
order is needed and must be enforced, whether you like it or not.
Now you spoke some sense. I'm not advocating for disorderliness, I mean there are laws for loitering and they are welcome. I'm just saying this one is a misplaced priority. 6 months jail term? Seriously? So someone would be in our already over congested prisons and when asked his offence he'd say "I jumped a queue"? Does it make sense to you?

My grouse with the bill is this. If those reps even the one sponsoring the bill now happens upon a queue, won't their police escorts and orderlies push people out so "oga" could do fast and leave?

Is this bill the most important bill now that we need in this country? They would never let a bill for restructuring see the light of day. They would never sponsor bills to reduce cost of governance in this country yet the only thing they could think of is how to "discipline" the "disorderly" citizens...just as how buhari announced to the world on int'l TV that Nigerians are corrupt and undisciplined.

So many manner less people in Nigeria. What's wrong with being orderly for God's sake?
You are the mannerless one here since you can't see beyond your nose at what these men are up to. If you want that kinda stupid orderliness, go join the army or stay in the barracks. Stupid Nigerian mentality!

Is that what they are there for? Where in the world does the reps propose that kinda draconian law? Are we animals in a ranch? The foolish men proposing that law, if they happen to be in a queue, won't their police escorts, aides and orderlies push people out of the line for them to be attended to?

Please if you don't have any sensible thing to say, don't quote me again. Thanks

These people are very mad. So that's the best they can come up with in that house right? Could someone please help explain to those fools up that chamber this isn't a military dictatorship of 1983¿

These useless jaundized pigs couldn't see bills on corruption to pass, couldn't sponsor bills that seek to industrialize the nation, that seeks to restructure this contraption called Nigeria. The only thing they could do is jail term for jumping queues. You see the way those men reason? I won't also be surprised if the pig is from the APC! It's just in them.

I go like join this party ooo Delta state needs neither pdp nor apc. Tonye hope say no be another political prostitution be this ooo vous I'm very interested.

Also for the people abusing this man here especially the youths, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Social media and keyboard warriors that's what y'all are. You complain and"react" online but you can't take decisive actions.

Until the youths of this country unite to kick these old men out, Nigeria isn't going to progress and for your information, the average youth in Nigeria is programmed by default to fail due to the anti youth politics and policies being run in this contraption.

Like Ex Governor Peter Obi would say "join a political party; these old men don't care about you"

Lol cos you're not vindicated in Lagos?
Lets leave the issue and not deviate.
While a lot still needs to be done, this administration should be commended for its accomplishment so far. Was watching Osinbajo give a report of their achievement and I must say they deserve more kudos than knocks.
You watched Osibanjo listing their "accomplishments" so far... My guy was this not the same Osibanjo who countered the GEJ government then when it was listing its own achievements?

If my memory serves me right, he said a government doesn't need to advertise it's accomplishments. It is the people who should do that because when a government lists it's accomplishments, it simply means they did nothing and have failed.

So what changed? If these achievements are so visible, why can't we see them? Or is there a special apc lens that has the powers to view these "achievements"? My brother abeg leave matter for Mathias. They are politicians and their stock in trade is lies and propaganda, then more lies and propaganda.

Also to be very honest with you, I don't hate apc at state level...i only hate them at national level. I immediately saw through the candidates they presented for presidency ET Al and gave up on them. I am not a partisan person, I am a persons person; meaning I don't vote for a party, I vote for the person whom the party presents because it's the person who's going to lead, not the party.

Buhari is a bad memory from our past and is one of the reasons Nigeria is messed up but what happened? They washed him up like a corpse, decorated him, clad him up in a suit and labeled him the Messiah of Nigeria. Ignorant Nigerians fell for the scam but not people like me. So when the whole buharism started, I was not caught pants down as I was already prepared for it.

I know igbos and their train of thought. Trust me it was destructive. While Lagosians were expecting a synergistic federal and state collaboration, only the igbos defiantly chose to work against that.

No, we might choose to forgive, but we never forget.
So is it the Igbos today who are suffering the rot and decay brought about by this clueless government now?

In plain terms, they've even been vindicated because they and everyone of us who spoke and worked against Buhari becoming president saw the end from the beginning.

BTW I'm not here to discuss Lagos politics. We are deliberating on national level politics
