Mazda 3 engine starts with 2.0 or so from my findings

You're right. I asked my mechanic and he corrected me. It's a 2.3ltr engine, 4 plugs

In fact, there is a sign on the side of the car that indicates 2.3 (how I missed that beats me now)

The engine and body are fine, but the gearbox (transmission) is delaying, even though it still drives to anywhere.

The sound system is working fine and all the AC components are in place and working but not cooling at the moment.
