these people are using you to catch cruise. that new site is meant for them to buy time, pending the time, to reduce traffic flow on the old website. that's why its always saying check back on your dashboard later. the old website is the legit one, but traffic is congested on it.

When you click on the link to your email and put it your application number, it takes you to your dashboard. It brings out an assessment page again for us, but for those that did on Monday, it shows them a page that they have already taken the exam. An assessment page should npt show if you have succerssfully submitted. That's what we have been battling with since yesterday.

I have submitted this exams several times, and it's not submitting. Anytime I'm able to login, the test becomes active again. What's the way out?

It's 4 because there are 4 numbers there that are not a zero. Any number other a zero is considered a significant figure irrespective of where it is placed i.e before or after a decimal point, it doesnt matter
