Christianity Etc › The Bible Clearly Shows That No Rapture Will Happen Now Or In Future by Bitterleafsoup(op): 2:15pm On Mar 06, 2016*. Modified: 2:33pm On Mar 06, 2016 |
Matt 24:34 It clearly states in the Bible that Jesus will come back during his own generation. 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
Also check out Matthew 16:28 Some of you will not see death but will meet me in the Kingdom of God Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom. So was he wrong?
Matt 24:4 he told you don't be deceived many will come and tell you I am Christ... Thats his words in the Bible 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Christianity Etc › Re: When Rapture Occurs Will Atheists Believe? by Bitterleafsoup: 2:01pm On Mar 06, 2016 |
asalimpo: The thing is all of us here are living in pre rapture times. And in almost all modern societies, people have heard about it. Whether you believe it or not doesnt matter. The bible is either false,a book of fables inspired by men or , true-the word of God.
Now, if the rapture occurs in our time , it deals a huge blow to the claim of atheists of God being a myth. If, you were an atheist, would you change your stand after it occured or will you still stick to your stand? Note: you'd be trying to explain the event of lots of mysterious dissapearances of people from the earth. All or mostly christians.
One possible counter argument would be that some ufo abducted them. It sounds plausible. After all ufo activities have been on the news for a while. Ufos are believed to possess superior technology.
If we witness the rapture, we'd be witnessing a major bible prediction occuring live before our eyes.
Would an avowed atheist still doubt God's existence after something like this? My Dear nothing like rapture happening ...... |

The people like the two above me are the problems we are having. They are still co-signing a terrible performance by the current administration, they said we should give them one year and lookey here one year is in the next mile and it is getting worst. When you have no plan you plan to fail.... |

Abagworo: That flyover is one of the 2 flyovers almost completed. We need not accept the jamboree of wasting funds on flag off and commissioning. In Imo State today the commissioners do the inspections without Okorocha going about with camera and propaganda.
This is an example with Commissioner for works Mrs Udorji inspecting Amakohia flyover. That Flyover construction has been going since 2011 how come? We are looking for completed projects biko. 6 years and we keep seeing incomplete projects. |

Abagworo: You are one of the liars. None of those States is experiencing 30% of projects ongoing in Imo. I sometimes ponder at why a lot of Igbos have taken to social media to lie against Okorocha and Imo State to the extent of publishing fake news on Vanguard, The Sun and Thisday which are Igbo owned media outfits. It does Igbos no good dwelling on lies to bring down their own more so the person involved has performed way beyond expectation. Every bad thing written against Okorocha on the media have turned out to be false.
I can remember the one of flyover with blocks. Like I always say SHOW US THE PROJECTS |

iamrealdeji: I know you're a typical ashewo, this is how they sound. Do you have to compare yourself with guys? Or are you the one that takes care of your guy's needs? Nothing goes for nothing. Guys have the right to cheat because we take care of you,but you have no right to cheat except if you're the one that spend in the relationship Intresting so if the man is going through like a hard year she has a right to cheat since she is paying bills? |
