Why wouldn't they be stronger after giving them amnesty and allowing some to join military. Buhari is fighting corruption but the Fulani Heads of the Armed Forces refuse to deal with any Herdsman and Boko Haram is moving any how in the North East and nobody wants to talk about it. Buhari said it will take him months but in 4 years it has gotten perpetually worst. |
