let me b blunt with u,your water mgt is inadequate that was why this issue arose in the first place.They are hanging because they are disgress & sick.D peeling also as same as pollution effect.sorry 2 say that those really sick might die,though i pray that it doesn't occur.That they open their mouth is a common death posture for fishes either due 2 sickness,poor oxygen etc.Solution-if feeding,stop for at least 2days,keep them in clean oxygenated water(do flow through or dripping),h20 height shouldnt be too high.Stop drugs,since you said their skin is peeling.If u lay your hand on aquapro,apply little,if not,no wahala.4 those that peel,i observe that they can grow new skin in clean h20 with time
