For years now it has been rumoured that Late Princess Diana has a "secret daughter". This rumoured daughter of Princess Diana, now a woman, allegedly came out to speak about her "mother's" death, according to a fresh report by National Enquirer.

The woman strongly believed that Prince Charles killed Princess Diana and she is ready to reveal the truth to the general public. However, Prince Charles is allegedly doing all he can to keep her shut.

The "secret daughter" of Princess Diana claiming that she has the support of the Duchess of Cambridge stated that she and Kate Middleton had a "secret meeting" in 2014.

Prince William and Prince Harry seem not to be confused about what happened to their mom, recentl according to Us Weekly, Prince Harry spoke about losing his mom, but did not show any concern or traits of confusion about his mom's death.

"I knew there would always be a gaping hole that could never be filled," Harry said.

However rumours have been ongoing that the Princes "secretly" paid for Diana's body to be exhumed in their quest to discover what actually happened to their mother back in 1997.

Several contentious religious leaders could be sent to prison for not adhering to the demands of the Commission for the Promotion and Protection of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities (CRL Rights Commission).

Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva who is the head of the Commision told News24 that she had asked the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to advise on their next legal course of action.

As reported by News24, Mkhwanazi-Xaluva said Christ Embassies Pastor Chris Oyakhilome had shown that he would fight the commission in court before he will adhere to its demands.

The Commission which is said to be investigating the commercialization of religion and the abuse of people's beliefs has summoned several religious organizations to appear before them.

Those summoned to the hearing were expected to bring their ordination certificate, the church registration certificate, bank statements and the annual financial statements beginning from 2012.

The commission’s head while speaking to News24, said she could not fathom why various pastors who collected money from their followers cannot provide the commission with their financial records. Also she said they were looking at probably filing charges of intimidation against some of the religious leaders who have publicly threatened the commission.

"We are forced to take the legal route because some of them are not complying and we cannot be held [to] ransom by a few,” she told News24.

“Some of these religious leaders will face prison if they do not comply and we have been clear about our course of action. Some religious leaders have also threatened the commission, which is leading us toward the legal route. Saps have been notified already,” she said.

“These people take money from people. What are they doing with that money? We want to know. We will not back down,” she said.

Mkhwanazi-Xaluva in her response to the Christ Embassies Pastor Chris Oyakhilome said, “If he intends on that route, we are ready. He will have to face the same fate as the others who refuse to hand over their financial records”.

The Department of State Service, (DSS), has filed an application before a Magistrate Court sitting in Abuja seeking to withdraw the case of criminal conspiracy and criminal intimidation charge against the leader of the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

The prosecuting lawyer said at the hearing today, November 23, that since the arraignment of the defendant, facts have emerged which would necessitate for the case to be taken out of the jurisdiction of the magistrates court. He asked the court for the permission to take the matter to another court.

He also said: “coupled with the fact that the accused person has been unable to perfect his bail… the complainant is expeditiously applying for the arraignment of the accused in the appropriate court.”
But Lawyer to the accused person, V. E Obeta, told the court that the team of the defendant has been aligned and all discord settled. He said he and his team are appearing on the orders of the defendant. However, Obeta opposed the application on the ground that the State Service had refused to comply with the order of the court granting the accused person bail since October 19, 2015.

Another defending counsel M. U Ibekwo said: “There is no way that they can be in pretense of violating the orders of the court.”

He said the DSS could not pick someone from Lagos, transport him to Abuja and violate the court and then suddenly stumble on new facts that would mandate that the case be transferred to a competent court of law. He argued that under the law, the DSS has no right to hold Kanu in their facility.

“But my Lord, today we noticed that the defendant was brought from the DSS custody instead of a prison facility as stipulated in the law,” Ibekwo said.

He said an ex-partie order by the DSS violated the proceedings and orders of the court.

“My lordship, there is no appeal against any of the orders that have been issued by this court whatsoever,” he said.

He prayed the court not to allow the discontinuance of the matter until compliance is made with the orders of the court.

The prosecution counsel in his arguments said he doesn’t need an instruction from the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) to discontinue a case. The accused stood throughout the proceeding without making any comment.

But the magistrate, Shuaibu Usman showed his dissatisfaction in the time taken by the case especially with the verification of the surety and property for bail.

The prosecuting Lawyer said that the DSS has verified that the said surety works with the Ministry of Environment but that there are other matters arising.

The chief magistrate, Usman adjourned the matter to Tuesday, December 1, for ruling on the application to discontinue the case.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, was yesterday instructed by the Senate to start to prolong its results’ validity to three years as well as cease with immediate effect the re-posting of candidates to schools they did not apply to, as such strategy was against the board’s establishment act.

The motion, which was contested during the plenary, was named: “JAMB’s New Admission Policy,” and was moved by Senator Joshua Lidani, APC representing Gombe South. It went further to engage the Senate’s Committee on Education to query the conditions around the JAMB policy, which include all claims of favaouritism and evaluate entirely JAMB’s power vis-à-vis administration and submit its report in a period of one week.

Senator Lidani grimaced at JAMB’s strategy of sending candidates to institutions whose fees could not be affordable by the candidates’ parents or guardians and in some cases, candidates were sent to institutions that are far from their homes thereby incurring more financial burden on their parents or guardians. The Senator stated that despite the fact that the Federal Ministry of Education had put a stop to this policy, JAMB was still implementing it, hence creating further hardship for parents as well as uncertainty in the education sector.
