Please Do we need to upload a digital photo for work permit application? Or is the biometric request that is needed from a BIL center.

If digital photo is required, can one use his phone camera or an application for it?

Imsu has still not given me my certificate since March last year, in fact, someone had the guts to tell me that it got missing in the VC's office. I have a contact for transcript and verification but not for certificate collection.
