Watch out for INDOMIE NAIRALAND FLAVOUR!!

Simon's Spicy Ramen:

Ingredients:
Pork
Catfish
Indomie Hungryman
Pepper (red pepper, 20 pcs)
Curry leaves
Olive Oil
Ginger
Garlic
Onion (5 bulbs)


Preparation:

1. Boil Indomie normally, place in sieve and set aside
2. Prepare pork, add garlic and ginger and 10 pcs of pepper and 2 onion bulbs
3. In a frying pan mix curry leaves and ginger and garlic and 2 onions. Add the remaining 10 pcs of pepper. Deep fry in olive oil.
4. Prepare the catfish (wash and boil sans condiments). Then fry along with the curry leaves et al
5. Pour the indomie and the pork into the frying pan. Allow for 8 minutes.
6. Serve. Garnish with the remaining onion.
(I recommend you keep a glass of warm milk within reach because of the pepper)
