I don't mean to sound negative but I really don't think the HR team of NNPC is that incompetent not to have a template to just input the names on the modified list that was approved. That is why we have computers (excel, HRIS etc.)

I just think someone is deliberately stalling the release process, for whatever reason I don't know but if that person or group of persons give(s) the go ahead, the HR team will send notifications within few hours. The era of clerical work is long gone. My 2 cents though.

I don't know if this makes sense though.
But if I were considering hosting a couple of people for 'lunch', picking up My phone to notify these people is the least part of the 'task'.

Despite some views/sources against the immediate release of notifications, I can attest that @Jarus has clearly outlined the actual stand of things.

Just adding that final presentation and adoption of GTs is set for today (if not ongoing). Once it's a green, the 'impact' follows (almost) immediately!

Been away (from this thread for a while), and I seem to see that there's a certain message/believe that "APL" will be "available" on or before Oct. 5th.

Sorry to say, that's highly unlikely.
Reason; there was an earlier need to review 'part of the concluded lists'.
That review, "yet to be approved".
The coming week is out of it sha, that's cos the 'medium' to get it approved isn't there (in the coming week).

So to say; It's got to be the subsequent weeks!
Hopefully it's more closer than later.

Why will someone believe this process has been canceled by a GMD in Mecca as at the time of report, Haba let's us learn to lie if we must.

Process is still in full gear and my sauce told me weeks ago we will hear from NNPC towards the end of August, latest September due to alot of internal processes.

As at 2 or 3 weeks ago the succesful list have been completely compiled by HR, awaits top MGT approval, that was the last I heard. I think someone just confirmed that it has been approved, ofcourse they won't just rush and get back to us, let us exercise patience and a little more decorum as we await this life changing opportunity.

I admonish you also to pray without ceasing, may the peace of the lord be with us all and also with Chasteguy and Ladyjane, cos he is chaste and she is Jane .

True that list was compiled by HR as at 1st week of Aug.
Approval pending, should be history before (the coming) mid-week.
Comes down to the HR team afterwards (relating to necessary logistics in contacting successful candidates).
A little more time, we are there...

@mosgoon, I strongly believe Jarus must have heard about this recruitment cancellation and wouldn't' come here to say anything because of the sensitivity of the issue. I was called toxic for quoting my source. Mind u I got this info from someome close to the GMD during their trip to mecca. I still maintain all we have to do is pray because the reality of things is that recruitment will be through the back door just like CBN. Ask your friends with reliable sources they have started sending in their Cvs. Cheers.

That's also a possibility, I'm wondering why you didn't consider that. It just goes to show that most human are sentimental beings only propounding theories that favor their course.

If there was anything I learnt from Steven R Covey's Seven habits of highly effective people is the need to be proactive, only concentrate on what you have influence over.

If there's a correlation between Tfare and Apl, time will tell, to spend time trying to figure out what may not even exist is just not productive.

Lol @ pressing issues, for things like recruitment there's a team setup and also a timeframe for completion like most projects, I doubt the daily running of the organisation should hinder the process. What we dont know is the timeframe and that's what we aren't giving ourselves peace about

Initially 120 Days (for the whole recruitment) from onset, dateline later moved to August (no specific date) resulting from delay/interval recorded between Application to CBT phases.

Just remain calm, hopeful and prayerful. What is meant to be will definitely be. If it's our destiny to be there no theory can stop it. Only those in Lagos last December for Navy DSSC interview can relate the anticipated NNPC list of successful candidates /APL.

Perhaps the simple knowledge/truth that a lot here need to come to terms with.
The factors could be more than the mentioned, but nothing to do with who is successful (or not) in the long run.
It's been overemphasized that the payments and appointments ("APL" as most here would like to call it) have no correlation. Just a little patience will do justice to that (as the batched payments continue to roll in).

Let's not get overworked and try to be optimistic that everything will go well.

P.S.: I have observed the thread for a while (as a guest). And just about a week felt the need to comment, before it downed on Me that I had to wait for a week to add any comments after creating a profile. That I patiently did.
