theTranscriber: inferiority complex is too much among ipob always seeking validation Inferiority complex is you hunting for igbo related threads to spill bile. To be sincere, if I hate someone the way you do, I won't like to stay in the same space with the person but in your case what you think is hate is actually envy. You envy Igbo people that is why you can't breath without us. |

GeneralPula: Indigenous you say?
Yorubas have been weaving & wearing clothings since 15th century, way before your fore-fathers in Igbo land..
Aso-oke, Agbada, and so on.. Your fore-fathers are still crushing naked back then.. All Fulani borrowed. Would you mind if I post the original Fulani clothing you stole? From the Agbada down to Aso oke. Plus the Fulani female clothing your Alaafin wear? |

Putin is beginning to be high-minded I love scape goats like this that want to dare GOD , only one plague from God on Him will cause him to hold emergency meeting Where was the plague when Osman took constantinople (Orthodox Christian Capital) and beheaded all the Christians that refused to convert? Where was the plague when Salahudin took Jerusalem and converted His house to a mosque (Al-Aqsa)? Where was the plague when Erdogan dared him and his followers by converting Hagia Sophia (the most beautiful Christian Church) to a mosque last year? Where was the plague when Khalid Ibn Waleed slaughtered thousands of his followers in Battle field? He lost none to Christians. Where is his plague now that Christians are being slaughtered like rams in Nigeria? My dear, it is only black people that hype this Christianity stuff because they are mentally handicapped |

SlyDev: Anything for the black Jews lash on their parasitic finger on. They may look like igbo but there are not igbo. Igala are not Yoruba despite closer similarities
Look at their bead, their cloth like Bini, shey igbo get indiegenous cloth? The problem started when igbo were borrowing culture left and right and will call it their own. The only people with indigenous clothing in Nigeria is Igbo. Google "Akwaete" Yorubas were clothed by the Fulani |
Culture › Re: Indigenous Ogbona People In Edo State Celebrate New Yam Festival "Esi" by BKayy: 11:25am On Aug 08, 2021 |
Fejoku: Etsako Central people are not Igbos. Their language and culture is mostly Edoid but one can't rule out small similarities with Igbos because our fathers did travel far and wide those days rendering services all over the SS and SE. Most Estako people are called Afenmai and certain clans their have noted some connections they have with Igbos notably the metalsmiths in one small community their who claim relationship with the famous Awka Blacksmiths. Awka Blacksmiths were known to have travelled to Idah, deep into Edo state and as far as Urhoboland as itinerant artisans. There are historical records by researchers. Masquerade masks from Igboland have been seen among the Estakos which possibly was borrowed from their. This New Yam festival may also be borrowed since most Edoid are not known for having such festivals. By and large, these people are not Igbos both linguistically and culturally. They are clearly Edoid but certain features among them are also found among the Igbos. Edo North is a very complex area of different languages. It's very clear that the power of the Benin Kingdom was what held away and greatly influenced. And who said they are Igbo? We already see through the brouhaha. They are looking for attention to be relevant. The same attention my misguided brothers wasted on Ikwerre and Ika they made people to know that they exist but they won't see any. We are smarter now. |

ESN should limit that defense at the Igbo parts of Benue. They should not intefer with the Fulani harvesting party going on at the TIV side. Everybody should hustle for their own security by themselves. Only Igbo parts is the support we can give you people. Tiv and others should protect themselves |

Kundagarten: They're Edo people. We don't claim onitsha people even though they have Edo culture in onitsha. And Wetin concern you with Onitsha. You are lucky we are not the claiming type instead we will be claiming the throne of Bini because you people accepted that Eze Chima was a crown Bini Prince meaning that his father is Igbo. No Bini person names his son Igbo name. You people stole his/our crown |

What is the meaning of this? These ones just want attention like we have given to their fellow alleged "Bini Slaves" like bikere and Irka. Ndi be anyị please resist any temptation to give these ones that attention they are looking for. They are simply Bini whatever the Bini call them. Whether slaves or otherwise |

When did Azikiwe and Awolowo become our fore fathers? These people no just sabi blackmail. Azikiwe and Awolowo are entitled to the opinion they had when alive, the same way we are to our individual opinions. Azikiwe believed what he thought was right for his personal ambition which to us in Igboland is void. Azikiwe is simply an Idiot. And that is how our history will remember him forever |
